Observation On The Clinical Effect Of The Eight Diagrams Method On The Treatment Of Disharmony Of Liver And Stomach Type Chronic Superficial Gastritis

Objective: To evaluate the the clinical efficacy of linggui bagua method in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with diastasis of liver and stomach,so as to provide a new idea and effective treatment method for acupuncture treatment of this disease.Methods: In the department of gastroenterology,jilin provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected and randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients each.One group received conventional acupuncture as a control group.One group used the eight trigrams method(puncture opening combined with orientation)to acupuncture as observation group.Another group,conventional acupuncture was used,with zhongwan,neiguan,zusanli,gongsun as the main acupoints,taichong and qimen as the matching points as the control group.Two groups were treated once a day,one course of continuous treatment for 5 times,a total of 5 course of treatment.After five courses of treatment,SPSS23.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data of patients in the conventional acupuncture group and linggui bagua group.Results: Linggui bagua method is superior to conventional acupuncture in improving epigastric distension or pain,acid swallowing,belching,hiccup and epigastric noise(P<0.05).In improving the performance of gastroscope,the eight trigrams method is better than the conventional acupuncture(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the two methods were83.3% and 90% respectively.Conclusion: Linggui ba-gua method and conventional acupuncture are both effective,but linggui bagua method is better than conventional acupuncture in improving epigastric distension or pain,acid swallowing,belching,hiccup,and epigastric chaos and gastroscopic manifestations,and is worthy of promotion.
