Western medicine understanding its causes still not fully understood, it is generally believed that the physical, chemical, and biological harmful factors continued repeatedly in the human body can cause chronic inflammation of the gastric mucosa.Purpose:On the basis of citrus aurantium Lizhongtang treatment of chronic gastritis, the changes by observing rat serum prostaglandin E2 (Dinoprostone, ProstinE2), serum cyclooxygenase-2 (Cyclooxygenase2), gastric pH, and other indicators of the activity of pepsin as well as anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of the experiment, explore citrus aurantium Lizhongtang treatment of chronic gastritis and mechanism of action in pharmacodynamics.Method:1, the subject of an integrated method to establish rat model of chronic gastritis. Citrus aurantium Lizhongtang low and high dose group, positive drug (Xiangshayangwei particles) group administered two weeks, was observed in rats and detection in general, gastric pH, pepsin activity, gastric pathology, PGE2 content, COX-2 activity.2, the mice were acetic acid writhing test, hot plate test and xylene-induced ear swelling test, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects were recorded citrus aurantium Lizhongtang high and low dose group and positive drug group.Result:After establishing rat model of chronic gastritis 42d, general model group than the control group of rats is poor, changes in body weight were significant differences (P<0.05). Each treatment group was administered continuously after 2w, general than the model group of rats had improved; pathological observation showed that each treatment group and the control group much the same, compared with model group recovered form; each drug treatment group, serum COX-2 activity decreased pepsin activity increased to reduce gastric acid pH values and compared with model group had significant difference (P<0.05); reduce PGE2 in each treatment group, compared with model group has a very significant difference (P< 0.01); anti-inflammatory pain test, citrus aurantium Lizhongtang to reduce writhing in mice, inhibition of ear edema in mice, and the comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05) and the positive control group.Conclusion:Citrus aurantium Lizhongtang chronic gastritis in rats can improve general physical condition, repair damaged cells in the gastric mucosa, improve pepsin activity, and promote the normal secretion of gastric juice, and has a certain anti-inflammatory analgesic effect. The mechanism may be related to citrus aurantium Lizhongtang can inhibit the activity of a key enzyme in the inflammatory response of COX-2, reducing the synthesis of PGE2, so PGE2 could not cause damage to the gastric parietal cells, so as to achieve anti-inflammatory citrus aurantium Lizhongtang analgesic effect. |
