Clinical Observation Of Taohong Huayu Lotion Treating Wound Edge Edema And Pain After Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery

Objective:In order to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Taohong Huayu Lotion, we use it to treat the postoperative wound edge edema and pain and observe the effect.Methods:In this study, we chose 60 cases who met the inclusion criteria and accepted Tissue-selecting Therapystapler+external hemorrhoidectomy whose wound edge edema and pain, from February 1 to December 31 in 2015 in Fujian NO.2 People’s Hospital. All subjects were randomly divided into the treatment group with 30 cases and the control group with 30 cases. With other interventions were the same, the treatment group were treated with Taohong Huayu Lotion, and the control group were treated with Potassium Hypermanganate Lotion(1:5000), one time per day before dressing,7 days for a course of treatment. We filled the symptom integral in the observation table before treatment according to the standard before and after treatment in 1st,4th and 7th day. Objective evaluation of various indicators, measurement data using t test or non parametric test according to the requirements, chi square test with count data. The data using statistical software SPSS20.0 to process the results analysis.Results:Before treatment of gender, age, the degree of wound edge edema and pain were balanced comparison in the two groups, there were no significant differences between groups, the baseline. Research results are as follows:1.The wound edge edema, a comparison between the treatment group and the control group in 4th and 7th day after treatment shows the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05), which indicates the clinical effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.2.The wound edge pain, a comparison between the treatment group and the control group in 1st,4th and 7th day after treatment shows the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05), which indicates the clinical effect of the treatment group is better than the control group. In the treatment group, compared with edge pain between after the treatment of 1st day and before, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). But in the control group, the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.After 7days, there is difference between the treatment group and the control group in the overall efficacy. As for the remarkably effective rate, the treatment group is higher than the control group.4.There is no allergic reaction in using Taohong Huayu Lotion.Conclusion:Taohong Huayu Lotion treating wound edge edema and pain after mixed hemorrhoid surgery is better than that of Potassium Hypermanganate Lotion, and more safer, so that it is worthy of clinical application.
