Clinical Observation Of Shenhuang Lotion In Treating Wound Edema After Hemorrhoid Surgery

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of edema after the hemorrhoids surgery.To provide a basis for the clinical application of the expansion of Shenhuang lotion.Methods:Selection of treatment in line with the study case included in the standard edema after the hemorrhoids surgery patients from January 2017 to January 2018 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.In accordance with the doctor order cases,in turn,determine the number,according to randomized table:proportion of divided into two groups,each group of 30 cases.Observe group to be Shenhuang lotion wash;the control group to be Compound cortex Phellodendron lotion wash therapy.Every 10 days for a courses,a total of 1 courses,observe and record three groups of patients the change of before treatment and 1,4,7,10 days after treatment the edema score and visual analogue scale and adverse reaction,to determine the clinical efficacy.Results:In the 1 day after treatment,the symptoms of the two groups were not significantly improve.But on the 4,7,10 days after treatment,the two groups of symptoms were significantly improved: the observe group and the control group in the edema score and visual analogue scale,clinical efficacy comparison,the difference the statistics(P<0.05).The efficacy of the Shenhuang lotion group was better than that of the Compound cortex Phellodendron lotion group.Conclusion:(1)Shenhuang lotion is the effective external treatment of edema after the hemorrhoids surgery which can effectively improve the symptoms of edema,skin color and swell pain.(2)Shenhuang lotion wash for the treatment of edema after thehemorrhoids surgery is safe,reliable and effective,without any side effects.And is better than Compound cortex Phellodendron lotion wash effect.Thus,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.(3)Shenhuang lotion is safe and reliable,without any side effects.
