Observation Of Curative Effect Of Mailuoshutong Granule In Relieving Swelling And Edema Pain After Mixed Hemorrhoids Operation

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Mailuoshutong granules for relieving anal swelling,pain and edema after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods:Divide Sixty patients who meet the test conditions were randomly into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.The wound was cleaned with 50ml of compound cork solution and 2000ml of warm water before dressing change at 7-8 am and after defecation during the day;the wound was cleaned with saline cotton ball.The experimental group was given Mailuoshutong granules(20g once,3 times a day)orally for 7 days.Record the edema area of the wound edge,edema score,swelling time,degree,anal pain score,blood oozing score and other indicators every other day,and analyze the statistical data.Results:Among the 60 patients selected in the study,there were no cases of dropout or discontinuation,and all of them successfully completed the test.In terms of gender,age,course of disease,the number of external incisions and surgical approach,there was no significant difference and no statistical significance(P<0.05)between the 2 groups.The scores and anal pain were not significantly different,and were not statistically significant(P<0.05),and they were comparable.The specific research results are analyzed as follows:(1)In terms of anal swelling:during the observation period,the average value of the total score of anal swelling in the test group was less than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups on the 3rd day was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the two groups on day 1,day 5,and day 7 is not significant and not statistically significant.It shows that Mailuoshutong granules have a certain relief effect on the early stage of anal swelling after mixed hemorrhoids operation,but the effect is not significant.(P<0.05).(2)Wound edge edema:The edema area and mean value of the test group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that Mailuoshutong granules can accelerate the reduction of the edema area of the wound edge and shorten the time for edema to subside.(3)Anal pain:During the observation period,the pain score of the test group was better than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that Mailuoshutong granules can relieve anal pain after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.(4)In terms of efficacy evaluation:the experimental group has higher cure rates in terms of swelling,edema,and pain than the control group.The two groups have no significant difference in the effects of anal swelling(P>0.05),and the efficacy of wound edge edema and anal pain The difference was significant(P<0.05),indicating that Mailuoshutong granules have a certain relief effect on anal swelling after mixed hemorrhoid surgery,and have a good clinical effect in relieving postoperative wound edema and anal pain.Conclusion:Mailuoshutong granules can relieve anal swelling after mixed hemorrhoid surgery to a certain extent,promote the reduction of wound edge edema area,promote the absorption of wound edge edema,and relieve anal pain after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.There were no obvious adverse reactions such as bleeding,gastrointestinal discomfort,drug allergy and it was relatively safe and reliable.
