Clinical Observation On San Jiu Moxibustion Therapy For Allergic Rhinitis With Syndrome Of Kidney-Yang Deficiency

Objective To observe san jiu moxibustion therapy in the treatment of kidney yang deficiency deficiency allergic rhinitis clinical curative effect and its influence on serum immunoglobulin E (IgE).Method Choose 68 cases fit into the standard of deficiency of kidney yang deficiency in patients with allergic rhinitis, according to a simple random method, with a ratio of 1:1 to san jiu moxibustion group (observation group) and western medicine group (control group), each with 34 cases in each. Treatment group:the white mustard seed, asarum, kansui root, rhizoma corydalis, cinnamon, tian naxing drugs according to a certain proportion of pulverizing, add a freshly squeezed ginger juice and mix thoroughly into a paste, the coating affixed to the single acupuncture on standby, to Dazhui, Mingmen, Fengmen (double), Feishu (double), Shenshu (double), Zusanli (dual) acupoints paste dressing to treat.9 days post 1 times,3 times for 1 course of treatment. Control group:oral administration of Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets (10mg/tablets),1 tablets daily, before going to bed,4 weeks for 1 courses. The two groups were treated from December 2014 to January 2015 for three nine days, and all were treated for 1 courses of treatment. Before treatment, the scores of symptom and sign were recorded after treatment, and the content of serum immunoglobulin E (IgE) in blood was detected, and the quality of life questionnaire (RQLQ) score was recorded. And the improvement of the symptoms and signs of the patients were followed up for 1 months after the end of treatment. Putting the original data into the Excel table and all data were collected, using SPSS20.0 statistical software to analyze the data.Result 1. In the symptom and sign score comparison, the san jiu moxibustion group and the western medicine group in the same group before treatment and after treatment compared with the end of the treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After treatment, the two groups of symptoms, signs, the total score comparison, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); 1 months after the end of treatment, two groups of symptoms and the total score than before treatment is still improved (P<0.05), but the two groups after the end of treatment for 1 months after the score than before treatment no significant improvement (P>0.05); The san jiu moxibustion group in the symptom score and total score of 1 months after treatment were better than western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. In clinical efficacy, after the end of treatment, san jiu moxibustion group total effective rate (84.4%) and western medicine group total effective rate (80%) was not significantly different (P>0.05); But the end of the follow-up 1 months after treatment, san jiu moxibustion group total effective rate (78.1%) and the total efficiency of the western medicine group (56.7%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. Two groups of patients after treatment, the blood immunoglobulin E (IgE) levels were lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but the two groups were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).4. The scores of quality of life questionnaire (RQLQ) of two groups of patients after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05). Between the two groups, the san jiu moxibustion group was better than western medicine group in the activity, the non nasal/ocular symptoms, the emotion and the total integral, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion 1. San jiu moxibustion therapy can significantly improve the kidney yang deficient deficiency allergic rhinitis patients with clinical symptoms and signs, with good long-term effect.2. San jiu moxibustion therapy can significantly improve the deficiency of kidney yang deficiency in patients with allergic rhinitis quality of life, in improvement activities, non nose/eye symptoms, emotional and better performance.3. San jiu moxibustion therapy can decrease of deficiency of kidney yang deficiency type allergic rhinitis patients with venous blood immunoglobulin E, inhibit the occurrence and development degree of allergic reactions.4. San jiu moxibustion treatment of kidney yang deficiency type allergic rhinitis is safe.
