OBJECTIVE:In this topic,we study in order to establish the complex model of Allergic rhinitis(AR) in deficiency of kidney-YANG type,and reveal the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine of SheTiZhiQiu-decoction to Allergic rhinitis(AR) in deficiency of kidney-YANG type in this disease from the aspects of patho-shapes,mediators of inflammation and so on.We hope to provide some theory base in the clinical medication.METHODS:In this topic,the model of deficiency of kidney-YANG type is established with Hydrocortisone Injection and Threaten.The model of AR is established with ovalbumin.6 groups are involved which are the normal group,the model group,the SheTiZhiQiu-decoction group(the high-dose group,the middle-dose group,the low-dose group),the Ketoti-fen group.There are 10 rats in every group. Other groups are established into models except the normal group during 34 days.After the model is established,1ml different medicine are given to the groups except the normal group in 10 days.During the treatment phase,the rats are stimulating by 2%OVA 1 hour after the medicine administrate.From the first day,we observe the common symptoms especially nasal symptoms in 30 minutes with OVA stimulating. After treatment,rats are killed.We choice random 6 rats in every group to take their nasal septums,then observe the pathogenic changes happened with electron microscope.Meanwhile,with elisa IL-5,ECP are detected in their blood serum.RESULTS:The high-dose group SheTiZhiQiu-decoction can release rat's symptom of AR and the deficiency of kidney-YANG,also can decrease EOS' amount in the tunica mucosa of nasal septum and decrease the content of ECP and IL-5.The efficacy of the high-dose group of SheTiZhiQiu-decoction is best.It is the same as the group of Ketotifen-pills.There is no great different between two groups.CONCLUSION:SheTiZhiQiu-decoction's effect is testified in the complex model.Not only it can release rat's sneese,scratching nose,nasal discharge.Also release rat's body weight,decrease drinking,keep depressed,keep chilly,increase urination,keep scrunch,like crowding.Also decrease EOS' amount in the tunica mucosa of nasal septum and decrease the content of ECP and IL-5.In a word,SheTiZhiQiu-decoction can decrease EOS' infiltrating in the tunica mucosa of nasal septum and the degree of differentiation,maturation,proliferation,activation,also decrease the cytotoxicity of ECP.They may be the mechanism of therapeutic action to rats of AR in deficiency of kidney-YANG types.
