The Study Of The Fixed Reset Method Combined With Acupuncture On Cervical Spondy Lopathy Of Nerve Root Type

ObjectiveCompared by using acupuncture barely, we observed the fixed reset method which combines with acupuncture, to gauge the effectiveness of treating cervical spondy lopathy of nerve root type, in order to evaluate the possibility and the effectiveness.Methods60 patients who were in line with diagnostic criteria, are randomly split into two groups of the therapy group (30) and the control group (30). The test group was tested by the fixed reset method, and the control group was did by acupuncture usually. The treatment would be three times in a week, and there were 4 weeks totally. In the end, we evaluated the change of symptoms and physical signs before and after the treatment.ResultsThe results showed that the fixed reset method combined with acupuncture in which the total effective rate was 96.67%, evidently preceded that only using acupuncture in which the results were 86.67% in the experiment. We could notice that from the results, the therapy group made better effect to improve symptoms, was better than the control group, which has difference that is obvious (p<0.05). The score of aching, numbness, brachial plexus traction exam and foraminal compression exam were enhanced evidently in both two groups at the end of treatment, there was significant difference between two groups by analyzing (p<0.05), showing that the therapy group preceded the control group.ConclusionThe fixed reset method combined with acupuncture achieved excellent clinical efficacy, which was significantly better than using acupuncture barely, testing that it was able to promote in the clinical treatment.
