Purpose: Observe the clinical efficacy to the the sentinel traction treatment of cervicalradicular disease.Method:60cases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided intotwo groups of clinical observation.Treatment group, designated traction treatment, the controlgroup were suspended traction therapy. Treatment are:1day,6times for a course, course oftreatment interval of one day, after three courses of effects were observed.Result: Designated traction treatment group of30cases: clinically cured17cases, sixcases markedly effective in4cases,3cases; suspension traction group of30cases: nine casesof clinical recovery,7cases of markedly effective in6cases,8cases.Two groups of patientsbefore and after activity, pain and other data, statistical analysis, the fixed-point traction onthe nerve root type cervical spondylosis have a good effect, can significantly improve thepatients with pain, numbness, and psychological conditions, designated tractionexcellentsuspension traction therapy.Conclusion: The sentinel traction treatment of cervical radicular disease, compared withsuspension traction therapy with low-risk, simple, low cost, efficacy significantly, with thepromotional value and provide a preferred means for the treatment of cervical spondylosis ofnerve root.
