To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Tongdutiaoshen Method With Electro Acupuncture Treatment Of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosisradiculopathy

ObjectiveThrough the comparison of the clinical efficacy of Tongdu transfer method with electric acupuncture and simple electroacupuncture for treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis, observe the clinical effect of Tongdu transfer method and the effect of electro acupuncture on nerve root type cervical spondylosis.MethodWill be incorporated into the study of 60 cases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group of 30 cases, using the method of Tongdu transferred with electro acupuncture therapy; the control group of 30 cases, using simple electroacupuncture. Among them, Cervical Jiaji points (4-7), Dazhui, Hou Xi, Tianzhu. Acupoints:Quchi, Hegu, Waiguan, wave type selection of dilatational wave. Through the governor was transferred to the treatment group:Baihui, Fengfu, Dazhui, Mingmen, Qihai, Houxi & shenmai. Tongdu method and electroacupuncture were transferred to 1 every other day,20 minutes each treatment, continuous treatment of 7 times. And respectively before treatment,7 times after treatment using the Tanaka Yasuku symptom quantization table 20 division method, the neck disability index, visual analog score of the patients were evaluated before and after treatment, and the scores were statistically analyzed. ResultsTwo groups of patients, age and gender composition of each scale score before treatment had no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05), the baseline is consistent, comparable. The two groups of patients after treatment of Tanaka Yasuku symptom quantization table 20 division method, the neck disability index, visual analog scale scores were significantly improved, the difference has statistical significance score scale before and after treatment (P< 0.05), suggesting that therapy of two groups both can effectively relieve the symptoms of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. The two groups of patients before and after treatment the scores difference comparison, with statistically significant difference (P< 0.05), and the effect of the treatment group is better, suggesting that Tongdu transferred with electro acupuncture curative effect is better.ConclusionThe clinical symptoms of Tongdu transferred method with electro acupuncture and simple electroacupuncture can effectively relieve the nerve root type of cervical spondylosis, but the former in relieving pain and improving function has more advantages, is worthy of clinical application.
