| ObjectiveThrough a randomized controlled trials, this study will Assign the patients which conform to the standards of cases into the experimental group (which divided into Tong Yuan group, traditional group) and control group according to the principle of randomized, observe and compare the three groups’the weight drop, the TCM symptom integral decline and 24 hour urine output of the 1,3,7 treatment time, and curative effect evaluation after the treatment. By comparing, this study aims to assessment the clinical effect of Tong Yuan’s moxibustion for the treatment of cardiac edema, and provide effective and feasible new methods and new ideas for the prevention and treatment of cardiac edema. In addition, to explore the Tong Yuan method’s clinical effect and theoretical connotation deeply, and highlight the advantages of Tong Yuan therapy, widen the expression form of Tong Yuan method at the same time.MethodsAll cases are derived from the Department of cardiology of the first affiliated hospital of Guang Zhou University of Chinese medicine. Through strict inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, the cases conforming to the requirements were randomized into the control group、traditional group and Tong Yuan group, Every group has 30 cases. Three groups are used of diuretic、cardiotonic medicine、vascular medicine and other western medicine foundation treatment at the same time. On this basis, Tong Yuan group add the use of Tong Yuan’s moxibustion, traditional group add the use of traditional moxibustion. observe and compare the three groups’ the weight drop, the TCM symptom integral decline and 24 hour urine output of the 1,3,7 treatment time, and curative effect evaluation after the treatment.ResultsGeneral Information:by comparison, the distribution of gender, age, original weight, disease diagnosis and symptom score of three groups’ patients has no obvious difference (P＞0.05), not statistically significant, and can be comparable. Curative effect analysis:(1)After treatment, three groups’patients have significant weight drop which trend to increase. In 1,3,7 days, weight declines in the control group is 1.76±2.15,3.82±3.58,5.36±3.23, in Tong Yuan group is 2.83 ±2.09,6.97±3.88,9.82±4.08, in the traditional group is 2.18±2.62, 4.96±3.37,7.38±4.24. The result in three days of each group compare in two, all comparisions are same, P＜0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Three groups of the same period compare in two, on the first day, all are P＞0.05, there was no statistically significant difference;0n the third day, Tong Yuan group compare with the rest of two groups, P＜0.05, suggesting there is statistically significant difference, Tong Yuan is greater than the traditional group and the control group, while traditional group compared with control group, P＞0.05, there was no statistically significant difference betweem the two, suggests the difference is not obvious, the third day result of traditional group and control group is in the same weight decrease;On the seventh day,Three groups of the same period Compare in two, P＜0.05, the difference was statistically significant, suggesting weight drop in Tong Yuan is greater than in the traditional group than in the control group.(2)After treatment, the symptoms of Three groups’patients have gradual improvement, In 1,3,7 days, symptoms integral decline in control group is 5.80±6.27,8.90±5.55,10.73±5.07, in Tong Yuan group is 9.10 ±5.07,15.03±6.08,19.20±6.08, in the traditional group is 6.17±4.53, 11.93±4.87,15.60±5.60. The result in three days of each group compare in two, all comparisions are same, P＜0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The result of three groups in the same period compare in two, on the first day, Tong Yuan group compare with the rest of two groups, P＜0.05, suggesting there is statistically significant difference ,Tong Yuan is greater than the traditional group and the control group, while traditional group compared with control group, P＞0.05,there was no statistically significant difference betweem the us, suggests the difference is not obvious, Tong Yuan group can improve the symptom of the patients earlier than traditional group; On the third day and the seventh day, Three groups of the same period compare in two, P＜0.05, the difference was statistically significant, suggesting symptoms integral decline in Tong Yuan group is greater than in the traditional group than in the control group.(3)After treatment, three groups’patients have significant urine volume increased which trend to increase first and then decrease.In 1, 3,7 days, control group’urine output is 1980.67±503.53,2564.33±555.34, 1646.67±489.20, Tong Yuan group’urine output is 2064.33±456.33, 3054.30±535.42,2273.67±389.38, the traditional group’urine output is 2022.33±477.94,2626.13±460.60,1893.33±494.65. The result in three days of each group compare in two, all comparisions are same, P＜0.05, the difference was statistically significant. According to the average size, in the control group and traditional group, the mean of the third day is greater than the first day’s than the seventh’s, however, in the Tong Yuan group, the mean of the third day is greater than the seventh day’s than the first day’s, suggesting the water swelling effect of Tong Yuan group is more durable than traditional group. Three groups of the same period compare in two, on the first day, all are P＞0.05, there was no statistically significant difference;On the third day, Tong Yuan group compare with the rest of two groups, P＜0.05,suggesting there is statistically significant difference, Tong Yuan is greater than the traditional group and the control group, while traditional group compared with control group, P＞0.05, there was no statistically significant difference betweem the two, suggests the difference is not obvious, the third day Urine output of traditional group and control group is in the same level; On the seventh day, Three groups of the same period compare in two, P＜0.05, the difference was statistically significant, suggesting urine output in Tong Yuan is greater than in the traditional group than in the control group.(4)After treatment, the curative effect of three group is different, the efficiency of control group is 70%, the efficiency of Tong Yuan group is 100%, the efficiency of the traditional group is 83.33%, through the rank and inspection testing, the control group compared with tong yuan group, Z=-2.99, P＜0.05;The control group compared with the traditional group, Z=-1.04, P＞0.05;Tong yuan group compared with the traditional group, Z=-2.13, P＜0.05, it suggests that the clinical efficacy of tong yuan group is better than that of control group and traditional group, however, The clinical effects of control group is the same as traditional group’s.ConelusionOverall, on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy combining with moxibustion, can make the cardiac oedema receive better curative effect, ease in patients with symptoms rapidly and promote physical recovery. Act on different meridians to moxibust, its clinical curative effect is not the same. Obviorsly, the curative effect of Tong Yuan group is superior to the traditional group In terms of intensity and time. So, Tong Yuan method is a clinica treatments which is worth promoting in the society. |
