The Clinical Research Of Qingjin Zhixue Sanjie Decotion With TP Scheme In Treatment Of Tanre Dongxue Type Of Syndrome Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:Evaluate the curative effects of the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Qingjin Zhixue Sanjie Decotion with TP scheme on the clinical symptoms of hemoptysis with Tanre Dongxue type of syndrome of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) objectively. And referred to some other traditional clinical efficacy evaluation indexes (the improvement of clinical symptoms of TCM Syndrome, the level of tumor marker before and after treatment, the side effects of chemotherapy, etc.). Thereby to provide the clinical evidence for efficacy of Qingjin Zhixue Sanjie Decotion on the symptoms of lung cancer hemoptysis, and make a clinical basis of developing new anti-tumor Chinese patent medicine.Methods:40 patients with Tanre Dongxue type of syndrome of NSCLC are randomly assigned into 2 groups,20 cases in each group. The 20 cases in combined treated group are given Qingjin Zhixue Sanjie Decotion and chemotherapy with TP scheme, and the 20 cases in control group are given chemotherapy with TP scheme only.21 days is a treatment course. They are observed for two treatment courses. According to the clinical symptoms change before and after the treatment, judge whether the curative effects of hemoptysis were very effective, effective or ineffective. The other traditional clinical curative effect evaluation indexs are used as reference.Results:After treatment, the curative effects of hemoptysis in the combined treated group are apparently higher than that in the control group. The combined treated group also display more effective improving TCM clinical symptoms, improving the quality of life, reducing tumor marker levels, reducing side effects of chemotherapy, and the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:The curative effects of the TCM Qingjin Zhixue Sanjie Decoction with TP scheme on the clinical symptoms of hemoptysis with Tanre Dongxue type of syndrome of NSCLC are worth acknowledging. And in a certain extent, it improves some other clinical efficacy, so we should do further research and promotion in clinic.
