Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Qingjin Kexue Decoction In The Treatment Of Bronchiectasis With Hemoptysis And Phlegm-heat Syndrome

Objective:Through the observation of the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingjin Kexue recipe in the treatment of bronchiectasis with hemoptysis and heat injury of collaterals,we can provide the basis for the clinical application and promotion of the recipe,so as to play the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bronchiectasis with hemoptysis.Methods:According to the principle of randomization,the patients included in this study were divided into group A,group B and group C with 25 cases in each group.Group a received Baquting combined with Qingjin Kexue formula,group B received Qingjin Kexue formula,and group C received Baquting for 7 days.Systematic comparison of the changes of the stop time of hemoptysis,the overall efficacy,TCM symptom score,TCM single symptom efficacy score and other indicators after treatment to evaluate the efficacy difference of the three groups.Spss22.0 software was used to analyze the data.Result:1.Average hemostasis time:The average hemostatic days in group A were 2.56days,5.67 days in group B and 6.12 days in group C,that is,group A>group B>group C.2.Evaluation of clinical efficacy:the difference of efficacy distribution among the three groups is statistically significant(P_AB=0.047,P_AC=0.011,P_BC=0.937),indicating that the clinical efficacy of group B is equivalent to that of group C,and the clinical efficacy of group A is better than that of group B and group C.3.TCM syndrome score evaluation:By comparing the two groups before and after treatment,it is considered that ab group can significantly improve TCM syndrome?P<0.01?,C group can not improve TCM syndrome?P=0.059?,and a group and B group have the same effect(P_AB=0.879),which are significantly better than C4.Evaluation of the curative effect of single symptom of traditional Chinese medicine:Group A and group B had significant improvement in the main symptoms and secondary symptoms?P<0.05?,and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the single symptoms after treatment?P>0.05?,the effect was similar;group C had significant improvement in the amount of cough and expectoration,but no significant improvement in the secondary symptoms?P>0.05?.5.Laboratory index evaluation:Three groups can effectively reduce C-reactive protein,in the efficacy,a group>b group>C group.6.Safety evaluation:there were no significant adverse reactions in the three groups.Conclusion:Qingjinkexue formula combined with Baquting can effectively improve the symptoms of bronchiectasis with hemoptysis?phlegm,heat and collateral injury?and traditional Chinese medicine,the efficacy is better than that of the western medicine group alone;during the treatment period,all patients have no adverse reactions caused by taking traditional Chinese medicine,and the safety evaluation is level 1.
