Application And Mechanism Of Fuzheng Sanjie Prescription Combined With Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Sanjie Decoction in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,and further explore its mechanism.Methods:1.Clinical research:Selected 60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer and randomly divided into the control group of 30 cases and treatment group of 30 cases.The control group was given chemotherapy only,treatment group was treated with Fuzheng Sanjie decoction and chemotherapy.The effects of RECIST,TCM syndrome,toxic and side effects,serum tumor markers,and KPS scores were observed between the two groups.2.Experimental study:Build the mice model of lung cancer.The model group was randomly divided into the model group and the Fuzheng Sanjie prescription with low,middle and high dose group.After the test was completed(21days),the mice were sacrificed,tumor tissue of mice were calculated;B lymphocyte tumor-2(Bcl-2)and its related X protein(Bax)mRNA expression were detected by quantitative PCR(Real-time PCR)technology;Immunohistochemistry of metalloproteinase groups the-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9 MMP-9)was used to detect the expression level of protein.Results:1.Clinical study:Efficacy:after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 10%,and the stability rate was 80%.The total effective rate of the control group was 3.33%,and the stability rate was 73.33%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The evaluation of TCM syndrome:the clinical effective rate of the patients in the treatment group was 83.33%,the clinical effective rate of the control group was 50%,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The analysis of serum tumor markers:after treatment,there was significant difference in the concentration of CEA between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between CY-211 and NSE(P>0.05).KPS scores:after treatment,the KPS scores of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),the rate of stability of the patients in the treatment group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70%),and there was a significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).Analysis of adverse reactions:after treatment,patients in the control group were nausea and vomiting,diarrhea symptoms were significantly higher than those of the treatment group(P<0.05),the incidence of myelosuppression is also higher than the treatment group(P<0.05),compared with the control group,liver and kidney damage were no significant difference(P>0.05),compared with the control group,neurotoxicity was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).2.Experimental study:Compared with the model group,the tumor weight of Fuzheng Sanjie Fang middle dose group,high dose group and DDP group decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the tumor weight of DDP group was lower than that of high dose group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Fuzheng Sanjie Recipe,middle dose group,high dose group and DDP group can reduce the expression level of Bcl-2 mRNA in tumor tissue and increase the level of Bax mRNA expression,which is significantly different from that in model group(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the expression of MMP-9 protein in the dose group,the high dose group and the DDP group in the Fuzheng Sanjie group were all lower than that in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.the combination of Fuzheng Sanjie prescription and chemotherapy drugs has a great improvement in clinical symptoms,and can reduce the toxic and side effects of patients and improve their quality of life.2.Fuzheng Sanjie Recipe has a significant inhibitory effect on Lewis lung cancer tissue in mice,which is related to the increase of Bax expression level after the intervention of Fuzheng Sanjie Recipe,and the regulation of Bcl-2 and MMP-9 expression were lower level.
