| Objective: Observation of gong ai san jie fang combined with Icotinib in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer of the quality of life,short-term efficacy and toxic effects of patients.Methods: The total number of 65 cases were divided into control group 31 cases(Icotinib)and treatment group 34cases(gong ai san jie fang plus Icotinib).According to admission order randomly into the treatment group and control group,control group given Icotinib alone,125 mg three times a day until disease progression or intolerance to toxic reactions.treatment group given Icotinib plus gong ai san jie fang.Icotinib usage and dosage as well as control group.Gong ai san jie fang water decoction,one does a day,and each 200 ml,three times a day.During the treatment,the cases no longer received any anti-tumor treatment and The treatment effect was evaluated after 8weeks.Based on efficacy evaluation standards of RECIST1.1,Tumor markers to evaluate the results of treatment efficacy.According to Symptoms integral and KPS to evaluate the results of The quality of life.To observe the observed toxic reactions such as rash,diarrhea.According to Routine blood,Liver function,Renal function and ECG to evaluate the results of security.Results:In this study,65 cases were completed the clinical observation,divided into treatment group 34 cases and control group 31 cases.After 2 months of treatment,the results showed that the objective response rate of the treatment group was 32.35%,the disease control rate was 82.35%,the objective response rate of the control group was25.80% and the disease control rate was 67.74%.There was a significant difference between the two groups in objective response rate and disease control rate(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the tumor markers were significantly decreased in the treatment group(P<0.05);The KPS scores of the two groups were improved,the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Two groups of Chinese Medicine symptoms were improved,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05);Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the safety of the two groups was good.Conclusion: Gong ai san jie fang combined with Icotinib could improved the advanced non-small cell lung cancer short-term efficacy and quality of life,ameliorated clinical symptoms,reduced toxic reactions.The effects were better than the simple use of Icotinib,and were safe. |
