The Clinical Research Of Qizhi Guben Fang Combined With TP Scheme In Treating Patients Of Advanced Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

Object:Observe Clinical benefits of Qizhi Guben fang combined with TP scheme in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer patients, using the cancer objective efficiency, disease control rate, clinical symptoms, quality of life, physical condition Karnofsky score, tumor marker levels, weight, cellular immune function and the side effects of chemotherapy for detecting indexes to evaluate the effect of Qizhi Guben fang for treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer. Thereby to provide the clinical evidence to spread using Qizhi Guben fang in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods:Using a randomized controlled method,60definite patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer have been assigned into two groups,30in the test group,30in the control group. Patients in the test group receive Qizhi Guben fang and chemotherapy with TP scheme, patients in the control group receive chemotherapy with TP scheme only.28days is a treatment course. They were observed for two treatment courses. Comparison of two groups of patients in the cancer objective efficiency, disease control rate, clinical symptoms, quality of life, physical condition Karnofsky score, tumor marker levels, weight, cellular immune function and the side effects of chemotherapy and other aspects of the clinical benefits.Results:After treatment, the test group displayed more effective on ameliorating clinical symptoms, enhancing the quality of life and the physical strength (Karnofsky score), increasing body weight, reducing the level of tumor markers, improving cellular immune function and reducing the chemotherapy poisonous side reaction. Showing significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). But after treatment, comparing the cancer short-term objective efficacy in two groups of patients, efficiency (CR+PR) were36.67%and33.33%, disease control rate (CR+PR+SD) in the2groups were80.77%and76.00%, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05)Conclusion:In this research Qizhi Guben fan for the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer can ameliorate clinical symptoms, enhance QOL of patients, enhance the physical strength (Karnofsky score), and reduce the level of tumor marker, increase and maintain body weight, improve cellular immune function in a certain extent. There is few adverse effect of WD-3, which deserve spreading its clinical application.
