Objective:By means of the systematic analysis consulted 940 cases in 44 literture and collected 12 cases, in order to further clarify the clinical features of fracture、the injury factors、differences in fracture site、diagnostic points、the complicated injury of fracture、the selection of treatment methods and preventions of the complication of floating shoulder injury. To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the treatment methods, expected to find out the best treatment method, assess the prognsis of two common types of floating shoulder injury. Methods:Retrospect study 940 cases in 44 literture, systemic analyze the average disease age、 sex ratio、the injury factors、the mechanism of fractures、fracture site、fracture classification、 the complication、therapeutic evaluation、the treatment methods and healing of the fractures. From May 2014 to October 2015, collected 12 cases of floating shoulder injury in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of TCM and Yangzhou Hospital of TCM, which 6 cases scapula fracture with shoulder lock joint dislocation on the same side for A group,6 cases scapula fracture with clavicle fracture for B group. Clavicle or shoulder lock joint and the scapula were treated by open reduction and plate screw fixation at the same time, aidded TCM features treatment preoperative oral Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction (Bupleurum 15g, Trichosanthes root 10g, Angelica 10g, Chuan Xiong 10g, red peony 10g, Corydalis 6g, Safflower 6g, dragon’s blood 6g, Artillery Shan Jia 6g, rhubarb 10g, Peach kernel 15g, Licorice 6g). Postoperative rehabilitation to be formal, including traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment, herbal fumigation and training exercises, observed postoperative complications, and used Constant and Murley score and the Herscvici evaluation standard for the evaluation.Results:Follow-up of 12 months, all patients were healed, shoulder a good recovery. Based on the evaluation of Herscvici standard, ipsilateral scapular fracture with clavicle fracture patients:4 cases were excellent, good in 1 cases, ofair in 1 cases, poor in 0 cases, Overall rate of 100%. Ipsilateral scapular fracture and acromioclavicular joint dislocation with:excellent in 3 cases, good in 2 cases, ofair in 1 cases, and poor in 0 cases. Postoperative deltoid muscle weakness in 2 case. No infection, joint stiffness, delayed union, nonunion, and other fracture fixation or displacement complications. The average disease age、sex ratio、the injury factors、the fracture position, which have correlation with literture reported. Conclusion:Scapular fractures were associated with ipsilateral acromioclavicular joint dislocation or fracture of the clavicle, the use of a fixed joint surgical procedure, combined with traditional Chinese medicine after rehabilitation, efficacy is satisfactory, and no significant complications. Because of the small sample size, can not be fully compared with the literature research results and can not by statistical methods to evaluate which treatment methods is better to the floating shoulder injury. And can not definite the relevance between the the selection of treatment methods、shoulder function recovery and disease age、the injury factors、the mechanism of fractures, fracture classification、the complicated injury of fracture.
