Jubao Decoction Combined With Biofieeback Electrical Stimulation Treatment Of Pelvic Organ Prolapse In Clinical Research

Objective: To observe the Jubao decoction combined with biofieeback electrical stimulation in treatment of mild and moderate pelvic organ prolapse of clinical efficancy.Methods: 76 postmenopausal patients eficiency of kidney deficiency type of mild and moderate POP were randomly divided into two groups,the combined group 36 patients given the treatment of biofieeback electrical stimulation for 1 courses,patients were instructed daily for kegel exercise at the end of the treatment itself.In the treatment group,36 patients reported him on the basis of the Jubao decoction.To observe changes of the improvement of clinical symptoms in the two groups before and 3 months after treatment.Through the changes of TCM symptoms integral,clinical symptom integral,maximal contractions of pelvic floor muscles and duration of muscle contraction,contrast between the two groups before and after treatment.Result: Compared to the control group,Jubao decoction combined w-ith biofieeback electrical stimulation group is bettter than the former.To compare two groups before and 3 months after treatment,the change of TCM symptoms integral,clinical symptom integral,maximal contractions of pelvic floor muscles and duration of muscle contraction was statistically significant(P<0.05).Jubao decoction combined with biofieeback electrical stimulation could signifieantly improve the cure rate and total effective rate(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Jubao decoction combined with biofieeback electrical stimulation was effeetive,and can also improve the quality of life,there was no adverse drug reaction during the treatment and followup.
