Objective:On the basis of the earlier susceptibility genes for psoriasis research at home and abroad,HLA-Cw*0602 alleles of psoriasis patients were detected by polymerase chain reaction sequence-specific primers (PCR-SSP) with different TCM syndrome types, preliminarily exploring the relevance between the TCM syndrome type and psoriasis susceptibility genes.Methods:HLA-Cw*0602 alleles of 152 psoriasis patients(78 cases of Blood heat type and 74 cases of Blood stasis type) and 134 healthy volunteers were detected by polymerase chain reaction sequence-specific primers (PCR-SSP).Conclusion:1. HLA-Cw*0602 alleles frequency differences between the control group and the Blood heat and Blood stasis group(P<0.01), which are no statistically significant between the Blood stasis and the Blood heat group (P>0.0167).2. HLA-Cw*0602 alleles frequency of the Blood stasis group were significantly increased than the control group both male and female(P<0.01).3. The onset age of patients peak around age 30 both the Blood stasis group and the Blood heat group (both carrying the HLA-Cw*0602),while the morbidity of the two groups (all don’t carry the HLA-Cw*0602) were between age 30 to 50.4. The comparison of HLA-Cw*0602 allele frequency is no significant statistical difference between the Blood heat group and the Blood stasis group with family history(P>0.05).5. The lesion of nails of the two groups have significant difference(P<0.05), and the Blood stasis group(39.59%)was obviously higher than that of the heat Blood group (16.03%).6. HLA-Cw* 0602 allele frequency with psoriasis vulgaris is 57.36% in Anhui area Chinese Han population and 61.27% in jiangsu area Chinese Han population.
