Therapeutic Effect Of Different Doses Of Tripterygium Hypoglaucum(levl.)hutch On Psoriasis Of Blood-heat Syndrome

Objective:In this study,we tried to explore the dose-effect relationship and safety of Tripterygium hypoglaucum in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris through observing the quantitative effect of different doses of Tripterygium hypoglaucum in the cool blood compound and its therapeutic effect on Blood-Heat type of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:A stochastic controlled trial was conducted to randomly allocate 99 patients with psoriasis vulgaris of blood heat type to trial 1,2 and control groups,33 in each group.The first group was treated with 40 g of the cool blood Compound,the second group was treated with 20 g of the cool blood Compound,and the control group was treated with the cool blood Compound without Tripterygium hypoglaucum.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The curative effect and PASI score of the three groups were analyzed after the treatment.Result:1.Among the 99 patients,1patient fell off in the first group,2 patients in the second group and 2 patients in the control group.There were 94 effective cases.Sex,course of disease and CD4+ and CD8+ levels of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood were comparable in the above groups(P>0.05).2.After the comparison of clinical data,the total effective rates of test 1,test 2 and control group were 96.87%,90.32% and 77.42% respectively.Among them,comparing test group 1 with test group 2,P>0.05;comparing test group 1 with control group,P<0.05;comparing test group 2 with control group,P>0.05.The healing rates of test group 1,test group 2 and control group were 71.88%,48.39% and 29.03%,respectively.Among them,comparing test group 1 with test group 2,P>0.05;comparing test group 1 with control group,P<0.05;comparing test group 2 with control group,P>0.05.3.Compared with before treatment,PASI was lower after treatment(P<0.05);among the three groups,this level in the 1 group was lower than 2 group and the control group(P<0.01).The experimental group 2 was lower than the control group(P<0.05).4.The scores of TCM symptoms decreased after treatment,there were differences among the three groups,P<0.01;there was no difference among the three groups,P>0.05.5.There was no difference in peripheral blood between the three groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).6.The DLQI scores of the three groups were different before and after treatment(P<0.05),and compared among the groups(P>0.05).7.There was no difference in adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).8.The recurrence rates of the three groups were 13.04% in the first group,46.67% in the second group and 55.56% in the control group.The experimental group 1 was lower than the experimental group 2 and the control group(P<0.05);the experimental group 2 was compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The compatibility of Tripterygium hypoglaucum in cold blood Compound in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat type has a definite treatment effect.2.Tripterygium hypoglaucum of compatible dosage is positively correlated with the curative effect.Within the appropriate dosage range,the compound prescription based on syndrome differentiation has no obvious toxic and side effects.
