The Specific Therapeutic Effect Of Specific Electromagnetic Spectrum (TDP) Local Irradiation Combined With Comfrey Oil Gauze To Promote Wound Healing After Low Perianal Abscess

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of a specific electromagnetic spectrum (TDP) irradiation combined with the arnebia oil gauze used in the wound dressing of low perianal abscess after operation and confirmed that it can promote the wound healing and relieve pain of perianal abscess after operation.Methods:The inpatients met the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of low perianal abscess who from anorectal of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in between August 2014 to August 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group (30 patients) and control group (30 patients).All surgery patients gave the first treatment dressing on the first day after operation.The treatment group with a specific electromagnetic spectrum irradiation wound for 30 minutes after dressing with the arnebia oil gauze,another group only with the arnebia oil gauze packing wound,must be uninterrupted dressing to heal.Observe and record the length and depth of the wound on 4,7,12 days after operation,the pain symptom of the wound on 1,4,7,12 days after operation,the time of all patients'wounds completely heal.Then analyze the resulted data and get the final conclusion.Results:Through statistical analysis, There was no significant difference between the 60 patients enrolled in gender, age, the initial wound length and depth (P>0.05). To compare the data about the length and depth of the wound on 7,12 days after operation, the pain symptom of the wound on 4,7,12days after operation,and the time of all patients'wounds completely heal,the results showed that clinical efficacy of the treatment group is significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The length and depth of the wound on 4 days and the pain symptom of the wound on 1 days after operation has no significant difference (P>0.05). Two groups of patients during treatment adverse reaction was not found.Conclusion:The curative effect of a specific electromagnetic spectrum irradiation combined with the arnebia oil gauze can promote healing of wound,shorten the time of wounds healing and relieve pain after operation. Curative effect was exact,and did not prone to adverse reactions.It is clinically effective method for the dressing of perianal abscess after operation.
