Objectives Analysis of the present situation and the relationship between the internal strength, self efficacy and quality of life in patients with chronic liver disease,to explore the influencing factors of the quality of life of patients with chronic liver disease.and to provide scientific basis for the improvement of life quality of patients with chronic liver disease. Methods This study used social demographic characteristics of patients with chronic liver disease questionnaire. Inner Strength to determine Scale (Inner Strength Scale, ISS), the general self-efficacy Scale (GSES) and chronic hepatitis patients life quality measurement Scale QLICD-CH (V2.0) to investigate the patients with chronic liver disease.Through the convenience sampling method, a total of 400 questionnaires were issued, and 323 questionnaires were valid. Using SPSS 19 statistical software for data t test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression and other statistical analysis. Results (1) The internal strength score of patients with chronic liver disease was (4.30±1.11) In this study, the internal strength of patients with chronic liver disease is at a moderate level. Age, nationality, occupation, education level, residence, economic income, illness course, drinking habits and other factors on the impact of internal strength has statistical significance(P≤0.05); (2)The self efficacy score was (2.96≤0.61) in the medium level. Age. nationality, education level, medical insurance form, course of disease and other factors on the impact of self-efficacy has statistical significance (P≤0.05); (3) the quality of life score was (3.14±0.74) points in the medium level. Age, nationality, occupation, educational level, residence, income, medical insurance form, course of disease, drinking habit and other factors on the impact of quality of life has statistical significance(p≤0.05); (4)The correlation analysis of internal strength, self efficacy and quality of life in patients with chronic liver disease showed that the inner strength and quality of life were positively correlated (r=0.568.P≤0.01),between self-efficacy and quality of life were positively correlated (r=0.626.P≤0.01). between self-efficacy and internal force were positively correlated (r=0.463,P≤0.01). (5) Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the quality of life of patients with chronic liver disease were mainly correlated with the internal strength, self-efficacy, age, occupation, income, course of disease and other factors. The inner strength and self efficacy are the most influential to the quality of life. Conclusions Self efficacy and internal strength are important factors influencing the quality of life of patients with chronic liver disease, and there is a positive correlation between the internal strength, self-efficacy and quality of life.In the clinical work for patients for treatment and care, in addition to improving the physical discomfort, more attention should be paid to the psychological health of patients with chronic liver disease, strengthen psychological counseling, to enhance their inner strength and level of self-efficacy, and ultimately improve the quality of life of patients.
