Study On The Efficacy Of Chronic Disease Management In Treating Life Quality Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

ObjectivesDo interventions of chronic disease management intervention improve the quality of life of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and delay the development of renal function failure? Do interventions of chronic disease management reduce the economic burden of the patients and provide a therapeut ic management mode?Methods68patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were selected and assigned into two groups (experimental group and control group), control group were healed with the basic of Chinese and Western medicine alone treatment, experimental group were cured with chronic disease management, respectively for6months. Before and after the therapy we measured24-hour urinary protein excretion, renal function, blood pressure control, and analyzed of the differences in quality of life score.ResultThe results of the study showed that, Compared with before intervention, the score of life quality after intervention was increased dramatically.24-hour urinary protein excretion, renal function, and blood pressure control rate after intervention was improved.Conelus ionAfter chronic disease management intervention, the life quality of chronic glomerulonephritis patients were improved. Linical indexes were also improved. Chronic disease management which embodied preventive treatment of disease was efficacious against chronic glomerulonephritis.
