Research purposes:By prospectie,randomized,double-blind,double simulation,positive drug parallel control study,the method of using the liver principle spleen party in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)patients,and observe its clinical efficacy in patients with GERD,psychological and the influence of the quality of life,compared with standard western medicine treatment.To explore the clinical effect of the treatment on GERD and the influence of GERD on the psychology and quality of life of GERD,and to provide a new perspective for the treatment of GERD.Methods:Seventy patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was given the traditional Chinese medicine formula granule vs omeprazole enteric-coated tablets.The control group was given the traditional Chinese medicine formula granule simulant vs omeprazole enteric-coated tablets.The duration of medication was 4 weeks.Before treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks treatment respectively for TCM clinical symptom scores,Gerd-Q rating scale,4 weeks before treatment,treatment by Hospital anxiety depression scale(HADS),The MOS item short from health survey(SF-3 6)used to assess mental status and quality of life,stop drug in 4 weeks after discontinuation of Gerd-Q scale and medication compliance in patients with follow-up observation.Safety checks were performed before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were recorded during medication.Results:1.Gerd-Q scale:comparison between the two groups in the treatment of 2 weeks and 4 weeks before treatment with this group was statistically significant compared with the Gerd-Q scale.Comparison between groups:there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of 2 weeks,4 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of withdrawal.2,the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores:group comparison:two groups of patients in the treatment of 2 weeks with this group before and 4 weeks treatment compared with this group of treatment 2 weeks the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores were statistically significant.Comparison between groups:there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of 2 weeks and 4 weeks.3.Clinical curative effect of TCM symptoms:3 cases in the treatment group,25 cases effectively,7 cases ineffective,and effective 80.0%;The control group showed 5 cases,20 cases were effective,9 were ineffective,and the effective rate was 74.3%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.4.HADS scale:comparison in the group:there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment of anxiety scale and depression scale;There was no statistically significant difference between the groups.5.Sf-36 scale:comparison in the group:compared with the treatment group,the treatment group had no statistical significance except the emotional function,and the remaining items had statistical significance.The control group had no significant statistical significance compared with the treatment before treatment.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.6.After 4 weeks of drug withdrawal,the treatment group did not take the medicine again,maintain the medication,and the intermittent dose was not statistically significant compared with the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease can improve the clinical symptoms of mild and moderate GERD patients,which is similar to that of western drug omeprazole.To improve the quality of life of GERD patients.
