Objective:To built up the community patients with COPD group activity patterns and to explore group activities to the community in patients with COPD Self-management、 Quality of life and Self-efficacy intervention effect.Method:This study was an Quasi-experimental survey.Using random cluster sampling method, selected21patients with stable COPD in Changsha City Moon Lake Community as subjects, extracted Tongzipo community of20cases of stable COPD patients in the control group Through interviews, combined with the literature search, consultation with experts to determine the group activity patterns, and to write with COPD Self-management Knowledge Manual. The inspection group were issued with COPD self-management Knowledge Manual, carried out once a week for eight weeks a total of eight interventions, and be2times per month telephone follow-up, followed up for6months after the intervention; control group patients issued with COPD Self-management Knowledge Manual to provide general health education. After the intervention, the experimental group had17cases and the control group has20cases. Using the Scale of Self-Management、 Chronic Respiratory Questionnaire and Chronic Disease Self-Efficacy Scale, respectively before the intervention (Vbase)、 immediately after the intervention(VO) and six months after the intervention (V6) measured the level of self-management、 quality of life and self-efficacy condition of patients with COPD in order to observe intervention effects.Result:(1) The self-management、 quality of life and self-efficacy scores of intervention group at the moment(VO) and6months after the intervention (V6) were higher than before the intervention (P<0.05); the scores of self-management、 quality of life and self-efficacy of control group at the moment after intervention (V0) and6months after intervention (V6) were not significant t than before the intervention(P>0.05).(2)Before the intervention,the self-management, quality of life and self-efficacy scores of experimental group and control group were not significant (P>0.05); the self-management、quality of life and self-efficacy scores of experimental group at moment after intervention and6months after the intervention were higher than control group (P<0.05)Conclusion:Group activity patterns established by the researcher can improve the level of self-management、quality of life and self-efficacy of patients with COPD in community.
