Two groups of patients are in accordance with the rehabilitation program for functional exercise, the treatment group on the basis of rehabilitation training for practices of Chinese medicine treatment, once a day,10 times as a course of treatment. Respectively before treatment, after treatment of 1 course of treatment, two periods of treatment, using visual pain to the patient’s pain and function were assessed at the same time quadriceps muscle circumference measurement assessment (VAS), Lysholm score of knee joint was simulated. Two sets of data were statistically processed using SPSS18.0.Results:1, general information:two groups of patients in gender, age, injury time, tibial tubercle trochlear groove distance TT-TG,patellar height Install-Salvati index through statistical analysis. There are no significant differences (P> 0.05).2, VAS score:before treatment, the patients in the two groups no significant difference (P > 0.05), the two groups of patients after 1 course of treatment, treatment 2 and treatment before compared scores are decreased significantly (P< 0.05), but after 2 courses score and 1 course of treatment, no significant difference (P> 0.05), scores of treatment group is significantly lower than that of the control group.3, Lysholm score:two groups of patients before treatment, no significant difference (P> 0.05), group scores are significantly increased (P< 0.05) in two groups of patients after 1 course of treatment, treatment 2 and treatment before,1 course of treatment and after 2 courses of treatment group remarkable difference (P< 0.05), scores of treatment group are significantly higher than that of control group.4, femoral quadriceps week diameter:before treatment, the patients in the two groups no significant difference (P> 0.05), the two groups of patients after 1 course of treatment, treatment 2 and treatment before compared scores are significantly increased (P< 0.05). The course of treatment and after 2 courses of treatment group have significant difference (P< 0.05), scores of treatment group are significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion:the technique of traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of soldiers training after injury patellofemoral pain syndrome compared with simple rehabilitation training of the affected limb pain and functional rehabilitation of more effective, worthy of clinical application.
