Objective: To explore the immediate effect of different recovery methods on the function of motor fatigue muscle by measuring the muscle strength, flexibility and hardness before and after intervention by giving the subjects a certain amount of exercise load after using foam shaft rolling, static stretching and massage three different intervention methods. It provides a theoretical basis for these three common methods in the application field of rapid recovery of muscle function in sports. Methods: 44 Undergraduate Boys from the College of Sports Medicine and Health of Chengdu Institute of Physical Education were randomly divided into control group(n=11),Foam axis Group(n=11)and static tensile group(n=11),the subjects used pedal training to produce muscle fatigue of lower extremities, and then gave different intervention methods to each group of subjects. The maximum strength, explosive force, flexibility and muscle hardness of the subjects were tested immediately after fatigue, immediately after intervention,5min after intervention,10 min four time points after intervention, the maximum strength of which was to test the maximum equal length shrinkage force of two movements of pedal and seated knee by DAVID tester. The explosive index selects the in-situ longitudinal jump height, the flexible toughness index selects the knee bending activity degree, the muscle hardness uses the MyotonPro muscle State Tester to test the femoral four head muscle hardness index. After the test is completed, the data is repeated and measured variance analysis using SPSS19.0.Results:(1)There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the changes of pedal strength in the group of four subjects, and the comparison showed that the four groups of intervention had significant effect on the lifting force(P<0.05)(2)Only the difference of knee stretching force was statistically significant(P=0.017)in the four groups, and the difference was 45.636,and no significant differences were found before and after the intervention in the other groups, and there was no significant difference between the groups.(3)The difference of immediate and 5min longitudinal jump results after intervention of foam axis Group and massage group was statistically significant(P=0.012,P=0.008),the difference was 8.009,8.364,and the difference of immediate longitudinal jump performance after intervention between blank group and massage group was statistically significant(P=0.043),with a difference of 6.136;(4)Theknee bending activity of the foam shaft rolling and static stretching group increased, but there was no significant(P>0.05);(5)There was a significant difference between the action Group(P=0.0.032)of muscle hardness after the intervention, and the foam axis Group was superior to the static tensile group.Conclusion:(1)After fatigue, each recovery means can significantly improve the maximum muscle strength, but static stretching will reduce muscle strength over time, foam shaft rolling effect is good and lasting;(2)Massage has a negative impact on the short-term recovery of explosive power, other means have no obvious effect;(3)Static stretching and foam shaft rolling can significantly improve joint activity, when applied to consider the need for strength;(4)Static tensile effect on reducing muscle hardness is poor, massage can significantly reduce muscle hardness, but the effect duration is short, foam shaft rolling effect is good and long lasting.
