Objective:The objective of this thesis to study the function of massage and dirigation.It takes verification trail of massage and dirigation about their therapeutic function against periarthritis of shoulder,so as to make out objective and scientific estimate and provide therapeutic evidence for clinical practice.The first part oreviews and analyzes the clinical materials concerning the recent development of the treatment of scapulohumerral periarthritis.It is found that non-drug treatment is widely used and has predominace against drug treatment and operation.Meanwhile,we should pay attention to the process of collecting clinical information,including subjective symptom,physical sign,useful examination,while we are carrying out clinical trials.Methods:It took randomize and controlling as the principles of clinical trails. Patients of scapulohumerral periarthritis who match the diagnose standards will be divided to two groups-20 patients each group,totally 40 patients.These patients will accept different treatment,including massage work in with dirigation acupuncture and dirigation acupuncture.We select shoulder pain and shoulder activity as observing index.The index will be quantizated and statistically treated to arrive at conclusion.Results:Two kinds of treatment can relive pain and improve shoulder activity for patients of scapulohumeral periarthritis.After two curses of treatment,the group of massage work in with dirigation acupuncture turned out to be the best treatment according to total effect,effect of easing pain and improving shoulder activity.Conclusion:The massage work in with periarthritis turned out to be the best effect,effect of easing pain and improving shoulder activity.
