Objective:Exercise Fatigue has been a hot topic in the field of sports medicine since MOSSO began to study it more than 100 years ago.Competitive Sports have the characteristics of challenging the human body's physiological limit,so it is difficult to avoid the fatigue after excessive exercise. In recent years,China's economy has continued to grow, and the material and cultural living standards of the Chinese people have been greatly improved.People are beginning to realize the role of exercise in maintaining good physical function, fatigue and injury caused by improper exercise intensity or frequency also weaken people's enthusiasm and self-confidence to a certain extent, and even lead to related diseases. Therefore,it is not only in the field of sports medicine that the mechanism of sports fatigue and its prevention and treatment measures are studied, clinical Medicine has also carried out research on the causes, pathogenesis, treatment and Prevention of sports fatigue.Massage has many unique advantages in today's medical field. In recent years, some researches have found that massage can promote the recovery of sports fatigue and injury, and there is evidence that massage has positive effect on mental health. The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of Na+-K+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase,SOD activity and MDA content in rat gastrocnemius muscle, and to explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine massage on the activity of metabolism related enzymes and the content of MDA in rats with exercise-induced fatigue,at the cellular level, the relieving mechanism of massage manipulation on sports fatigue injury was revealed. Methods:Sixty healthy 10-week-old male wistar rats,Adaptive treadmill training for 3 days,After eliminating 10 rats that were not good at exercise,50 Left,10 rats were randomly selected as the blank group, and the remaining 40 rats were used as the model group of sports fatigue,After the 28th day of Training,Bun,LAC and CK,the related indexes which reflect the fatigue state of the body in the blood of rats, were tested to determine whether the model was successful or not.20 rats were randomly divided into the model group and the massage group, the blank group and the model group were given routine feeding, the massage group was given massage intervention for 14 days, and the rats were killed after 14 days. The activities of Na+-K+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase and the contents of MDA were measured in Gastrocnemius Muscle Superoxide dismutase.Results:(1)SOD activity in model group was significantly lower than that in blank group(P<0.05),and SOD activity in massage group was significantly higher than that in model group(P<0.05).(2)the content of MDA in the model group was significantly higher than that in the blank group(P<0.05),and the content of MDA in the massage group was significantly lower than that in the model group(P<0.05).(3)the Na+-K+ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase showed an increasing trend(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Massage can increase the activity of SOD and decrease the content of MDA;(2)Massage can protect Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase.
