Massage Combined With Back Muscle Exercise Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Purpose: Through to the topics of clinical research,treatment and course of treatment from the perspective of low back muscle function with exercise massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation and explore its mechanism of action,for the clinical practice to provide a more effective and rational treatment.Method: According to inclusion criteria 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases. The control group with conventional massage techniques,massage techniques in conventional treatment group based on the increase in back muscle exercise (starting from the second treatment). In two groups of patients were conducted before and after treatment group comparison of efficacy and treatment efficacy comparison between the two groups. Treatment time are the three courses (each course of treatment for 10 days course of treatment breaks 1 day).Treatment time are the three courses (each course of treatment for 10 days course of treatment breaks 1 day).Result: The two group after treatment compared with those before treatment have a significant effect (P <0.01),compared two groups before treatment (P>0.05),difference was not statistically significant; treatment group after treatment compared with the control group (P <0.05 ),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: The application of manipulation for lumbar disc herniation at the same time,guiding function in patients with low back muscle exercise,can significantly reduce the patient's clinical symptoms,improve the activity and increased lumbar psoas muscle strength, enhance spinal stability,treatment significant,a treatment for lumbar disc herniation safe and effective method,and a better value of clinical practice.
