The Summary Of Dr. Wei Hua’s Experience In The Treatment Of Hyperthyroidism

Objective:Using data mining technology to carry out data mining on the medical records of patients with hyperthyroidism in Dr. WeiHua’s director of outpatient department, and combined with Wei teacher comments in order to summarize the characteristics of her clinical drug use.Methods:Collect the prescription records of 223 cases of hyperthyroidism patients, which were diagnosed and treatmented by Wei Hua in Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital(including branch) from January 2013 to June 2015. Then input data, establish the database of hyperthyroidism. The data mining, including frequency statistics, association rules, improved mutual information, complex system entropy clustering, is used to dig out the characteristics and prescription of Wei Hua’s treatment of hyperthyroidism, and to draw a new prescription.Results:In 223 cases of hyperthyroidism,45 cases were male,178 cases were female, 36.8% and 54.3% were middle-aged and young. Main syndrome types including Phlegm heat syndrome, Syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis, The heart and liver fire syndrome, Syndrome of phlegm heat and blood stasis, Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, Syndrome of yin deficiency and fire, Qi stagnation and phlegm, Liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, Syndrome of qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis,Qi deficiency and phlegm heat stasis,Damp heat syndrome. There are 163 drugs and the frequency of the top 15 drugs is Liquorice, Bupleurum, Poriacocos, Plantago seed, Radix rehmanniae, Radix Gentianae, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Cortex Moutan, Ricepaper pith, Gardenia, Alisma, Pinellia tuber, Bighead atractylodes rhizome, Angelica and Fritillaria. Based on association rules, when support for 100 and confidence degree is 0.6, the 6 key drugs is respectively Licorice, Semen plantaginis, Radix rehmanniae, Radix Gentianae, Bupleurum. When the support is reduced to 74 and 44, there have 11 and 21 key drugs. There are 12 core combination of traditional Chinese Medicine and 6 new prescriptions based on Complex System Entropy Cluster.Conclsion:More types of Chinese drugs used by Dr.Wei is the tonic, antipyretic, blood stasis and dampness medicine, Qi medicine and apophlegmatisant. Sum up the basic prescription then find that her treatment idea is to treat the stage by stage:clearing liver fire in Early, Proper complement deficiency in metaphase, dissipating Phlegm, Removing Blood Sta, and solid spleen and kidney in the late. Using data mining technology to analyze the medical records of traditional Chinese medicine and the prescription, the objective, multi, multi angle were analyzed and summarized, that draw a conclusion that is more objective and has guiding significance to clinical experience.
