Clinical Study On Treatment Of Hyperlipemia Syndrome Differentiation Acupoint Catgut Embedding

Objective: To observe the effect of acupoint catgut embedding on syndrome dif ferentiation and blood lipid in patientss with hyperlipidemia.Methods: according to random number table will meet the inclusion criteria of72 cases of patientss were randomly divided into treatment group(acupoint cat gut embedding therapy group) and control group(simvastatin group). Treatment group in accordance with hyperlipidemia in TCM syndrome differentiation sta ndard will be divided into five syndrome of phlegm turbidity obstructing, splee n kidney yang deficiency syndrome, liver kidney yin deficiency, yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity, qi stagnation and blood stasis type, the main points ar e: Hong Leong, Zusanli, Pishu, Zhongwan, Tianshu, acupoints: phlegm repressi on syndrome and Yin Ling Quan; Yang deficiency of spleen and Kidney plus Shenshu, Mingmen; Yin deficiency of liver and kidney and liver Yu, Shenshu;syndrome of hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency plus Taixi; Qi stagnat ion and blood stasis syndrome and Geshu, Xuehai; Treated with acupoint catgu t embedding therapy, 2 weeks of embedding once. Control group to Simvastati n Tablets, 20:00 daily oral 10 mg. 6 weeks for a course of treatment. After two courses of treatment, the levels of patientss in two groups were detected in pl asma total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholester ol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and compared bet ween the two groups before and after treatment in patientss with clinical sympt oms integral.Results:(1) within group comparison: serum lipid levels before and after treat ment compared treatment group and the control group, the serum TC, TG, LD L-C comparisons were highly statistically significant(P<0.01) HDL-C had no statistical significance(P>0.05), indicating that two treatments were significantl y lower in patientss with serum TC, TG, LDL-C levels, but on the serum HD L-C did not reach statistical difference; group: after treatment in both groups, t he serum TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C content, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05), indicating that two sets of regulating blood lipid effects did not dif fer.(2) after treatment, the blood lipid effect of the two groups was compared,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 75%, the total effective rate of the control group was 86%. The total effective rate of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). There was no difference in the curative effect between the treatment group and the control group.(3) within group comparison: before and after treatment in the two groups of TCM clinical symptom score comparison, the difference is highly statistical ly significant(P<0.01); group: two groups of TCM clinical symptom score co mparison, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05); showed that the tr eatment group and the control group can improve the TCM clinical symptoms and treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group.(4) after treatment in the two groups of clinical symptom of TCM curativ e effect contrast, treatment group total efficiency is 81%. In control group, the total effective rate was 61%. The difference between the two groups has statisti cal significance(P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group and the control g roup can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patientss with traditional Chinese medicine and treatment group curative effect is superior to the control group.(5) catgut embedding group, phlegm stasis syndrome, spleen kidney yang deficiency, yin deficiency of liver and kidney curative effect contrast, the differ ence was not statistically significant(P>0.05), indicating that the acupoint catg ut embedding therapy on hyperlipidemia hyperlipidemia phlegm, spleen kidney yang deficiency, yin deficiency of liver and kidney effects had no difference.(6) safety observation: there were no serious adverse reactions and side eff ects in the two groups, and there was no abnormal blood, urine and stool rout ine examination in the course of treatment. Control group of 5 patientss with a bdominal distension, nausea, 4 cases of patientss with dizziness, 1 cases of pat ientss with muscle pain. In the treatment group 2 patientss had pain lasting for a long time, collagen line slower absorption, 1 patients with catgut embedding parts of formation of scar, The others did not appear similar symptoms.Conclusion: regulation of syndrome differentiation of acupoint catgut embedding and simvastatin tablets on blood lipids were, in improving the clinical sympto ms of Chinese medicine, syndrome differentiation and treatment of acupoint cat gut embedding therapy was better than simvastatin tablets. Prove the therapeuti c effect on hyperlipemia syndrome differentiation of acupoint catgut embedding therapy is effective and safe, worthy of promotion.Differentiation of acupoint catgut embedding in hyperlipidemia phlegm stasis syndrome, spleen kidney yan g deficiency syndrome, yin deficiency of liver and kidney.
