The Clinical Study Of Yang Deficiency Of The Spleen And Kidney Polycystic Ovary Syndrome By Acupoint Catgut Embedding

Objective Observation the clinical effect of yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney polycystic ovary syndrome by acupoint catgut embedding,and explore its mechanism of effect,in order to guide the clinical. Methods In accordance with the inclusion criteria were selected 60 cases,to treatment of acupoint catgut embedding, once a week for three months,were observed before and after treatment with the menstrual cycle,the Chinese medicine symptom integral,LH,FSH,T,body weight,body mass index(BMI)and BBT changed.and analyzing the relevant data by statistics. Results(1) The total effective rate of 60 PCOS cases patients, 9 cases were cured,25 cases were noticeable, 18 cases were effective, and 8 invalid case, total effective rate was 86.67%.(2)After three months of treatment,the patients menstrual has significant improvement,there were 9 cases were cured,14 cases were noticeable, 26 cases were effective, and 11 invalid case, total effective rate was 81.67%.(3) In the Chinese medicine symptom integral,after treatment,yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney has were markly decreased than before(P<0.01)(4) After treating,body weight and BMI were lower than before.(P < 0.01).(5) Before and after treatment, serum T, LH,FSH, LH / FSH changes were significant differences ratio decreased(P <0.01), there had lower serum T,LH,LH/FSH levels,elevated FSH levels. Conclusion This paper shows that the acupoint catgut embedding to treatment yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney polycystic ovary syndrome of satisfactory clinical effect,and it should be generalized,can effectively establish the menstrual cycle, restore basal temperature,obviously improve Chinese medicine syndrome; help patients lost weight;had lower serum LH,LH/FSH levels,the therapeutic effects of acupoint catgut embedding on hyperandrogenism by reducing to promote incretion,and the effect is exact.
