Study On Guasha Perimenopausal Syndrome Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Object:Through compared with the acupuncture group, the evaluation of the scraping therapy treatment of peri menopausal syndrome in the clinical curative effect and preliminary study of scraping therapy in the treatment of peri menopausal syndrome characteristics.Method:1. Research object: during March June 2015 to 2016, through the promotion of community distribution, hospital online propaganda posters and micro channel public platform recruited from 60 cases of subjects, and in acupuncture Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and Beijing Xidan Guangan clinic of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group;2. Experimental design:according to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of 60 cases of peri menopausal syndrome subjects, according to the random number table method, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups with 30 patients in each group, treatment group impose scraping therapy, acupuncture treatment was given to the control group. The two groups of subjects were treated2 times a week, 8 times for a course of treatment, a total of 3 courses, after the end of the course of treatment efficacy evaluation;3. Outcome measures: the two groups of subjects respectively before treatment and after treatment with serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E2)detection, and before treatment, treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment and treatment of 12 weeks climacteric symptom score scale(KI) and period of quality of life(QOL) table(menqol) symptom score;4.curative effect evaluation: according to the 1995 "standard of diagnosis and treatment of TCM symptoms", combined with improved Kupperman score and MENQOL score evaluation of efficacy.Result:1. General: included 60 subjects, depigmentation in 6 cases, among the largest age 54 years old, minimum 40 years old, the average age of 4.821 years old. The shortest duration of 3 months, the longest course was 64 months,treatment group and control group of age, course of disease, the differences are not statistically significant(P>0.05), with comparability;2. Two groups of therapy of perimenopausal period syndrome related symptoms curative effect: back and forth between the two groups and the control group compared modified Kupperman symptom score was reduced, the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05);the symptoms before treatment ratio, two except feeling disorder symptoms, other symptoms improve significantly(P<0.001);3. The two groups therapy of perimenopausal period syndrome quality of life: the two groups before and after comparison: menqol symptoms impact points were reduced. The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05); between the two groups at each time segment ratio, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);4.Two groups of treatment on the serum levels of E2, FSH, LH: two groups, after the comparison between the groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);5. The overall clinical efficacy: two groups were treated for 4 weeks, markedly effective rate of the treatment group(0%) and control group(12%), the total efficiency of treatment group(86%), control group(93%); 8 weeks treatment, the treatment group markedly effective rate(4%) and control group(19%), the total efficiency of treatment group(97%) and control group(88%); 12 weeks of treatment, markedly effective rate of the treatment group(50%) and control group(58%), the total efficiency of treatment group(96%) and control group(93%).The total effective rate of the two were compared, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Guasha therapy for peri menopausal syndrome treated, the proof is a safe, effective, simple operation and convenient therapy;2.Guasha and acupuncture therapy perimenopausal syndrome symptoms have a certain role in the improvement of; in the improvement of hot flushes, sweating, muscle and joint pain, skin ants go feeling hand scraping therapy better than acupuncture therapy.And in the depressed and suspicious, fatigue, palpitations, acupuncture was better than the scraping therapy;3. The Guasha therapy and acupuncture for perimenopausal syndrome subjects survival quality of life has a certain role in the improvement and effect is not obvious difference;4. Two groups of clinical curative effect comparison, clinically significant efficiency, the recent overall efficiency of acupuncture therapy was superior to that of the Guasha therapy, and long-term overall have efficiency scraping therapy better than acupuncture therapy;5. Guasha therapy and acupuncture for perimenopausal syndrome subjects levels of estrogen(E2, FSH, LH levels) improvement is not obvious, pending further large this clinical study.
