Clinical Observation, Was Transferred To The Solid Acupuncture Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome

Objective:In this paper,using Tiaoren Guchong Moxibution and Livial to treat perimenopausal syndrome have been observed the curative effect and done comparative analysis.Methods:60 cases of perimenopausal syndrome sufferers were randomly divided into the Acupuncture Treatment Group and Western Medicine Group.Treatment group adopted the Tiaoren Guchong Moxibution to treat by Acupuncture,the western medicine group used taking medicine (Livial) to treat by contrast.Then to observe the changes of the two groups during treatment of Kupperman,Serum Estradiol(E2),Follicle-stimulating Hormone(FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone(LH) levels.Results:After three-months treatment therapy,the total effective rate of Treatment Group was 93.33% ;the total effective rate of the other Group was 76.67%. Score Index(SI) of Kupperman and symptom of Treatment Group and Western Medicine Group have distinct difference significance (P<0.05),and curative of the treatment group was better than the other group. After treatment by contrast, serum E2 level of treatment group increased significantly (P<0.05), serum FSH and LH were significantly decreased (P<0.05);treatment By treating contrast,treatment group and western medicine group in serum E2, FSH and LH showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Illustrate that adopting Tiaoren Guchong acupuncture treatment to treat perimenopausal syndrome,which is better than Taking Western Medicine treatment(Livial).
