Objective:To investigate the effect of sleep, pulmonary function and arterial blood gas analysis on obesity hypoventilation syndrome and the relationship between. Methods:The diagnosed 30 cases of obesity hypoventilation syndrome and 30 cases of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in this study were were divided into obesity hypoventilation syndrome group and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome group, and pick up these patients’ information included age, gender, height, wejght, boy mass index, apnea hyponea index, the total number of apnea, lowest oxygen saturation, the average oxygen saturation, the oxygen partial pressure, carbon dioxide partial pressure, oxygen saturation, force vital capacity, forced the first second of expiratory volume, forced vital capacity rate of one second..The use of software SSPS17 analysis the information.Results:1.The age, gender, height, wejght, boy mass index, forced vital capacity rate of one second.of OHS group are not significant difference with OSAHS group. 2The AHI,total number of apnea, carbon dioxide partial pressure of OHS group are significant difference with OSAHS group(P<0.05).3The oxygen partial pressure, oxygen saturation, lowest oxygen saturation and mean oxygen saturation,FEV1,FVC of OHS group are lower tha the OSAHS group(P<0.05). Conclusion: 1.The hypoxia of OHS group are heavier, especially night-time hypoxemia;2.OHS group is given priority to with low ventilation and OSAHS group is given priority to with apnea in breathing disorder;3.The impairment of pulmonary function of OHS group is more serious than OSAHS group;4.BMI is independent risk factors of OHS and OSAHS.
