Research And Implementation Of Medical Information Integration Platform

With the rapid development of information technology,there are increasing numbers of technical information systems applied in medical institutions.It is a practical problem for medical institutions on how to better integrate the internal heterogeneous information system,realizing the sharing and synergy of internal information,excerting the effectiveness of each system and in the mean time promoting data integration in order to maximize the value of medical information resource.Aiming at the current situation of the information system integration in medical institutions,this thesis makes a research on the software architecture,integration method and technology.On the basis of the analysis on the demand of the existing medical information integration platform,design service oriented software architecture with SOA method,using component-based method to provide the main medical services of the platform,which related to national norms,enhances the flexibility of the whole platform architecture.By detailing the integrated model,this thesis presents the concept of combining information integration,process integration and application integration.To establish clinical data center,clinical document center,and resource data center through information integration,it is to achieve the full coverage of record toward patient information.Through data sharing,it is to provide whole process of management medical personnel to patients,improve medical service quality,and reduce medical service accident.Through the process integration,it is to build integrated knowledge database of medical information integration platform,management and control diagnosis and treatment activities in the whole process,which can effectively improve the level of intelligence.Carring on the whole process monitoring,correct and information feedback to the doctor's advice,it aims to help medical personnel to realize the whole process of diagnosis and treatment.Through the establishment of clinical application model,it is to optimize the whole process of medical service.The establishment of medical personnel portal can realize the integration of applications and provide full view of medical information.The layered design method of supporting platform and service component is presented,and the design and implementation of supporting platform and related service components are described in detail.Analysis and description are made in terms of the exchange and sharing mechanism,data transmission mechanism and data cleaning mechanism of supporting platform,providing a solution for the establishment of control center and data center.The thesis demonstrates the technology realization for data communication standard such as IHE and HL7 to solve the problem of medical information integration and exchange in the platform.Regarding the problem of medical information entities of data integration,this thesis raised a mothed by using IHE PIX,HL7 CDA clinical documentation and IHE XDS to solve the problem from the aspects of component design,data structure,main functions,and its technical realization are described in detail.In summary,we analyze and study the technology theory of medical information integration platform in this thesis.The thesis raises a layered and structured design idea on the basis of the above,dividing the platform into supporting platform and the service module,and describe the concrete implementation in detail.
