With the contstant improvement of living standards,people are paying more and more attention to the health of mothers and babies.At the same time,research on maternal and child health monitoring has been developing rapidly.Improvements in medical instrumentation technology allow a large number of maternal and fetal signs to be accurately recorded.Especially with the intelligent maternal and child health monitoring information system in major hospitals gradually put into use,there have more women physical examination data storage in the database.Establish a medical database from these massive data sets using a variety of data mining technology to establish fetal health prediction model.Preliminary assessment of fetal health,and then put the real-time results in to the cloud database.Finally,send the results to user through the internet.Let users to understand the fetus' s health in real time.If you find the fetus is abnormal,seek medical help immediately,to save the fetus for valuable time.This article mainly studies the application of data mining algorithm in the information analysis of fetuses.Include the construction of cloud platform,collect maternal and fetal signs information data,extract pregnant physical examination items,establish a database storage model and a fetal health prediction model.Establishment of fetal sign data mining system at the end.The main work of the dissertation is as follows:(1)In the data preparation phase,first go to the hospital to consult with the doctor to determine what items can be checked through the examination of fetal health,and design electronic file storage structure,the establishment of pregnant data storage model,and the data is stored Cloud database.(2)In the data preprocessing stage,the first clinical data collection of pregnant women to conduct a preliminary normative quantification,and then use the genetic algorithm to extract the main inspection items of pregnant's examination,and then show genetic algorithm running process.Prepare for the next step of fetus information data mining.(3)In the data mining stage,analyze the running progress of BP algorithm by examples.In order to solve the low accuracy of BP algorithm and its slow convergence rate,apply the GABP algorithm.Using GA algorithm to reduce characteristic.The reduced characteristic as the input of BP neural network,simplified BP neural network structure model.Comparing the pre-reduction BP neural network algorithm and the improved BP algorithm to the fetal diagnostic model accuracy and training time.(4)Finally,design the pregnant women file management database(Create Delete Update Select)and the fetal sign data mining system.
