Effect Of Modified Tao Hong Si Wu Tang Of Unstable Angina (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis) Mean Platelet Volume

Objective:Application of Supplemented Tao Hong Si Wu Tang Treating stable angina pectoris (Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis) in patients,by observed changes of mean platelet volume (MPV) before and after treatment, Clinical study of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of unstable angina efficacy.Method:In this study, treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital, Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Department of Cardiology of stable angina pectoris (Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis) 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 patients and a control group of 30 patients. The treatment group received Supplemented Tao Hong Si Wu Tang Supplemented Modified combined with conventional treatment, the control group was given crown expansion, improve myocardial oxygen supply, control of heart rate and other conventional treatment. Rour weeks for a course of treatment, the use of SPSS 19.0 software for statistical analysis, and analysis of the treatment group the control group before and after the data changes, the clinical efficacy of clear Supplemented Tao Hong Si Wu Tang treating unstable angina pectoris (Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis) of.Results:1. Mean platelet volume comparison:Comparative data in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. The probability of stop and reduce take nitroglycerin Comparison.: Modified Tao Tong Si Wu Tang coordinate with modern medicine conventional therapy and only use modern medicine conventional therapy all can reduce the rate of nitroglycerin’s medication. The treatment group better than the control group, there was a significant difference.Conclusions:1. Supplemented Tao Hong Si Wu Tang add and subtract with modern medicine conventional therapy can reduce the seizure of stable angina(Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis),and influence the numerical of MPV.2. Modified Tao Tong Si Wu Tang coordinate with modern medicine conventional therapy can reduce the rate of nitroglycerin’s medication,reduce symptom scores.
