Clinical Study Of Shenhua Injection In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris(Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective Shenhua injection is a kind of Chinese patent medicine made from Salvia miltiorrhiza and safflower,which is extracted by modern pharmaceutical technology and mixed with injection water.This study is to further explore the safety and effectiveness of Shenhua injection in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(heart and blood stasis syndrome),and provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods 1.According to the randomized,double blind and controlled clinical trial spirit,48 cases of antithrombotic,anti atherosclerotic and non traditional Chinese medicine for blood stasis and blood stasis in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(heart and blood stasis syndrome)in January were included in the trial.48 cases completed the whole test.The subjects were randomly divided into 24 cases in the experimental group and 24 cases in the control group.In the case of the same treatment before the maintenance of the group,the patients entered the 14 day period of treatment.The experimental group and the control group were treated with saline 250 ml combined with Shenhua injection 40ml/ days and saline 250 ml with saline 40ml/ days.2.The curative effect of angina pectoris,angina symptom score,TCM syndrome curative effect,TCM syndrome score and electrocardiogram effect were evaluated by Shenhua injection in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(blood stasis syndrome).3.The safety of Shenhua injection was evaluated by observing and comparing vital signs,liver and kidney function and adverse reactions.4.SAS 9.1.3 software package is used for statistical analysis.Result 1.The two groups were comparable in age,sex,angina score before treatment,and TCM syndrome scores before treatment(P>0.05).2.The scores of angina symptoms and TCM syndrome scores in the control group were compared before and after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the score of angina pectoris symptoms and TCM syndrome scores in the control group were not effective.The score of angina symptom and TCM syndrome score were compared before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which showed that the score of angina symptom and TCM syndrome score were effective in reducing the score of angina pectoris.The difference of the score difference of angina symptoms and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the score of angina symptoms and TCM syndrome scores in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.The two groups of angina curative effect and TCM syndrome curative effect and electrocardiogram effect were compared respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of angina pectoris in the experimental group and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome effect and electrocardiogram effect were better than the control group.3.During the experiment,there were no significant changes in blood routine,liver and kidney function in 48 subjects,but no adverse events occurred in the two groups during the trial.There were no significant adverse events in the two groups.Conclusion: Shenhua injection is effective and safe in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris(heart blood stasis syndrome).
