Clinical Observation Of Qingzhi Decoction In Treating Hyperlipidaemia(Phlegm-stasis Blocking Collateral Type)

Objective: To explore the clinical effect and security of Qingzhi decoction in treatment of HLP(hyperlipidaemia)(Phlegm-stasis blocking Collateral type). Methods: 80 cases of HLP patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with40 cases. Treatment group were given routine therapy combined with Qingzhi decoction,and control group were combined with Xuezhikang Capsule. Observation time for 3months, mainly observed in the two groups before and after treatment the symptoms, body mass index, blood fat, liver and kidney function and other related indicators of change.The clinical effect and the security were observed. Results: The outcome:(1) syndromes curative effect comparison: treatment group: 22 cases were markedly improved(66.7%), 9cases(27.3%), effective invalid in 2 patients(6.1%), the total effective rate was 93.9%(31/33); Control group of 16 cases were markedly improved(42.1%), 9 cases(26.5%),effective invalid9 cases(26.47%), the total effective rate was 73.5%(25/34); In the two groups was statistically significant difference in clinical total effective rate(P<0.05) in TCM syndrome to improve the treatment group was superior to than controls.(2)The total clinical curative effect comparison: treatment group of 11 cases were markedly effective, effective 19 cases, 3 cases were invalid, the clinical total effective rate was90.1%; Control group 5 cases were markedly improved, 24 cases effective, 5 no effect, the clinical total effective rate was 88.2%, there was no significant difference statistically compared the two groups(P>0.05), two groups of clinical curative effect always pretty.(3)Blood lipid index level comparison: two groups after treatment in patients with TG, TC,LDL- C indexes fell before and treatment, and higher HDL- C compared with before treatment, group comparison before and after treatment was statistically difference(P<0.05); The comparison between groups to improve blood lipid indexes before and after treatment has no statistical difference(P>0.05), shows two groups of regulating effect level. During the test no obvious adverse reaction occurred in both groups. Conclusions:The clinical symptoms and serum lipids parameters of HLP(hyperlipidaemia)(Phlegm-stasis blocking Collateral type) were improved in different degree with security,worth clinical promotion. were significant, worth clinical promotion.
