| Objective:The chronic proctitis is rising in our country.The course of this disease is long,patients with body and mind to bring huge pain and sufferings, so how to prevent postoperative complications have become anorectal anorectal disease problem presses for solution. So I try to explore San Ren Tang subtract the clinical efficacy of enema treatment of chronic proctitis.Methods:The cases met the diagnostic criteria 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Treatment group of 30 persons,San Ren Tang enema treatment and oral mesalazine;control group of 30 persons,granting of mesalazine oral treatment, treatment for observation and assessment results.Results:Treatment group:6 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly improved, effective in 6 cases,1 had no effect, the total effective rate was91%, control group: healing in 3 cases,10 cases were markedly improved,13, effective invalid 4 cases, the total effective rate was 65.58%. Two groups of patients after drug treatment were found no obvious adverse reactions. Through the statistical analysis, P< 0.05, significant difference was found in the clinical curative effect of treatment group and control group.Conclution:San Ren Tang enema traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of chronic rectitis good efficacy, San Ren Tang enema Chinese medicine and oral mesalazine in the treatment of chronic rectitis outgo of clinical effect of mesalazine alone, for the clinical treatment of chronic rectitis provides a new way of thinking. |
