Clinical Observation On Chronic Renal Failure With Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome Treated By Enema Prescription Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema on the symptoms and laboratory indexes of patients with chronic renal failure of spleen and kidney Qi deficiency type,and to evaluate its curative effect,so as to provide references for Chinese medicine enema as an effective means of treating chronic renal failure.Methods: From October 2016 to October 2018,60 cases of chronic renal failure with deficiency of spleen and kidney qi were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.On the basis of integrated treatment of chronic renal failure with Western medicine,30 patients in the control group were given oral Chinese medicine(Dangshen 15 g,Baizhu 10 g,Poria Cocos 15 g,Licorice 6g,Chen Pei 10 g,Fabanxia 10 g,Epimedium Epimedium 15 g,Jiu Dahuang 10 g,Huangqi 30 g,Danshen 15 g,Zhishi 10 g,Huai Niuxie15 g,Eucommia 15 g,Danggui 10g),One dose a day,decocted with water,100 ml each time,twice in the morning and evening,half an hour after meals.30 patients in the observation group were given enema with Chinese medicine(raw Dahuang,Huanglian 10 g,Huangqi 40 g,G,Epimedium 15 g,Paeonia lactiflora 15 g,Angelica sinensis 10 g,raw keel 30 g,calcined oyster 30 g,sophora flower 10 g,dandelion30g).200 ml once a day for 1 hour.Traditional Chinese medicine isdecocted by our hospital,2 weeks as a course of treatment.After2 weeks of treatment,the symptoms,signs and laboratory indicators(including serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),uric acid(UA),glomerular filtration rate(e GFR),potassium(K+),calcium(Ca2+),phosphorus(p5+)and adverse reactions)were observed.Result:1.After 2 weeks of treatment,The total score of symptoms improved in both groups,and the results were significantly different(P < 0.05).2.In terms of renal function,there was no significant difference in serum creatinine,uric acid and glomerular filtration rate between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05),and urea nitrogen was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).3.As for electrolyte,there was no significant difference in the results of potassium,calcium and phosphorus before and after treatment in the control group(P > 0.05);in the observation group,the results of potassium,phosphorus were lower and calcium was higher than before treatment(P < 0.05).4.In terms of clinical effect,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).5.Safety observation: 1 patient in the control group had hyperkalemia,and 4 patients in the observation group had abdominal pain and changes in defecation habits.The rest had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: On the basis of integrated treatment of Western medicine,enema prescription of traditional Chinese medicine can improve clinical symptoms,reduce urea nitrogen,regulate calcium,reduce phosphorus and potassium in patients with chronic renal failure of spleen and kidney qi deficiency type,and more safer than oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine.
