Clinical Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema Combined With Bifidobacterium Quadruple Viable Bacteria Tablets In The Treatment Of Patients With Chronic Renal Insufficiency

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with Bifidobacterium Silian live bacteria tablets in the treatment of patients with chronic renal insufficiency(CKD3-4),explore its mechanism of action,and seek more effective and safe treatment of chronic renal insufficiency(CKD3-4))The patient's approach.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic renal insufficiency(CKD3-4)who were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into bifidobacterium quadruple live tablet Group,a traditional Chinese medicine enema + bifidobacterium quadruple live tablet Group,30 people in each group,after 4 weeks of treatment,observe the patient's blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,uric acid,24 h urine protein quantification,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,indoxyl sulfate and other biochemical indicators as well as The value of TCM syndrome score before and after treatment is statistically analyzed to obtain a comparison of curative effects.Results:In this experiment,there was no statistical significance in general age,gender and course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05),showing homogeneity and comparability.Serum creatinine,serum uric acid,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and indolephene sulfate were significantly improved in both groups before and after treatment,and the efficacy of combined treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the quantitative comparison of urea nitrogen and 24-hour urinary protein between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05),and the efficacy was poor.In the analysis of TCM clinical syndrome score results,the comparison between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant,and the score of the combination group decreased more significantly(P <0.05).Conclusion:Two groups can reduce serum creatinine,blood uric acid,interleukin-6,c-reactive protein,indole phenol sulfate levels,and combined treatment group curative effect is more significant,the two may be affected by the intestinal micro ecology precursor formation,reduce toxin to patients with lower body endotoxin level,reduce the patient's immune response,reduce the patients with kidney inflammation,thus achieve the purpose of protection of renal function.The combined treatment has obvious curative effect,high safety and less adverse reactions,which can be further popularized in clinic.
