A Meta-analysis Of Clinical Efficacy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema In Treatment Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases

Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of internal admini-stration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases through Meta analysis,and to provide reliable evidence-based evidence for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods: Six databases were searched by computer,including CNKI,CBM,VIP and Wanfang database.Overseas include PubMed and Cochrane Library.Retrieval time for a library to all before jun 01,2020 published about medicines are combined traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease randomized controlled trial(RCT).Filter out into the exclusion standard literature research and the literature data extraction and quality evaluation,using RevMan 5.3 software for data statistics and analysis.Results: This study through strict screening eventually into 16 articles,a total of 1920 patients,the treatment group 1004 examples,the control group of 916 cases.Treatment group take orally for traditional Chinese medicine(including traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth,traditional Chinese medicine decoction granules,proprietary Chinese medicine free)with traditional Chinese medicine enema therapy,the control group of western medicine antibiotic treatment(including tablet,capsule,liquid,etc.).Meta analysis showed:(1)Total effective rate: medicines are combined traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease clinical curative effect is superior to western medicine antibiotics,the difference was statistically significant;(2)Signs and symptoms integral:Chinese medicine internal and combined therapy with Chinese medicine enema is western medicine antibiotics therapy can effectively reduce the signs and symptoms of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease integral,improve symptoms,the difference was statistically significant;(3)Inflammation factors: medicines are combined traditional Chinese medicine enema in treatment group and western medicine group in reducing chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in patients with beta,IL-6,IL-1 level there was no significant difference,there was no statistically significant difference;Western medicine antibiotics therapy in reducing chronic pelvic inflammatory disease on the patient’s level of TNF alpha is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine internal and combined therapy with Chinese medicine enema,the difference was statistically significant;(4)The blood rheology: medicines are combined Chinese medicine enema treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the aspect of improving hemorheology indices is superior to western medicine antibiotics,the difference was statistically significant;(5)The recurrence rate: medicines are combined traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease recurrence rate is lower than western medicine recurrence after antibiotic treatment,the difference was statistically significant;(6)Adverse reactions: medicines are combined traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in adverse reaction is lower than western medicine antibiotics,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Based on current clinical literature evaluation,medicines are combined traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can improve the clinical total effective rate,reduce the signs and symptoms integral,improve blood rheology indicators,reduce the recurrence rate,reduce adverse reactions,is a kind of effective method,the current clinical application worth.This study can’t prove that Chinese medicine internal and combined traditional Chinese medicine enema in lower in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of the beta,IL-6,IL-1level compared with western medicine antibiotics effectively,and to reduce the level of TNF alpha on western medicine antibiotic treatment is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine internal and combined therapy with Chinese medicine enema.
