Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Female Climacteric Syndrome With Acupuncture Combined With Le Therapy

Objective:This study aims to observation,comparison and evaluation of acupuncture combined with Le therapy,simple oral western medicine for the treatment of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type of female climacteric syndrome clinical efficacy.For the clinical treatment of female climacteric syndrome provides a new method of psychosomatic work.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria to choose cases,using the random number table method divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of 30 cases each.The treatment group treated by acupuncture combined with Le therapy,the control group with oral administration of Western medicine "Climen"(Estradiol Valerate Tablets / estradiol cyproterone tablets)treatment.Treatment group therapy 3times a week,10 times for a period of treatment,control group is one period of treatment for 21 days;Both groups for each treatment interval between 7days.Respectively in the two groups of patients before and after 3 course of treatment improved kupperman scale(KI),KI scoring statistics analysis comparison before and after the treatment,and curative effect.Result:1 After the treatment,treatment group total effective rate was 96.67%,of which 19 cases were markedly effective,effective 10 cases,1 had no effect.Control group total effective rate was 90%,of which 9 cases were markedly effective,18 patients effectively,and ineffective in 3 cases.After statistical treatment,P=0.01,there were statistically significant,suggesting that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2 Two groups of patients after treatment improved kupperman scale(KI)score were lower,compared with before treatment,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).KI score comparison between treatment group and control way,P = 0.04,statistically significant,prompt treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).3 Compared in the two groups before and after treatment group,two groups of patients also had an improved on depression and anxiety symptoms,self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score were significantly reduced,the difference compared with before treatment(P<0.05),two kinds of treatment methods to improve the patients' anxiety and depression symptoms have curative effect.There was a significant difference between the two groups in the self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving anxiety symptoms;There was no significant difference in the self rating Depression Scale(SDS)and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)score(P > 0.05),indicating that the treatment group and the control group had significant effect on improving the symptoms of depression;4 Compared in the two groups before and after treatment group,Chinese medicine symptom score were lower,compared with before treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting two treatment methods to improve the hot flashes of sweat out,irritability,depression has the curative effect.Comparison between groups,in hot flashes sweating,irritability symptoms in two,there were significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group in the improvement of the two symptoms than the control group;there was no significant difference in depression symptoms on a(P>0.05),the treatment group and control group efficacy in improving depression;5 Comparison of the two groups before and after treatment group,serum estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)changes,E2 increased,FSH decreased significantly(P < 0.05),suggesting the two treatments for patients serum estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)has influence;Comparison between groups,E2,FSH were statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting for patients with endocrine hormone in the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1 Acupuncture combined with Le therapy treatment of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type menopausal syndrome effect is obvious;2 Acupuncture combined with Le therapy in improving hot flashes of sweat out,irritability,anxiety,and adjust E2,FSH secretion curative effect is superior to western medicine "Climen"(Estradiol Valerate Tablets / estradiol cyproterone tablets);3 Acupuncture combined with Le therapy with western medicine on improving depressive symptoms "Climen"(Estradiol Valerate Tablets / estradiol cyproterone tablets)treatment.
