| Objective:Observe WenYangLiShui treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) heart failure shui Yang deficiency syndrome of the patient’s clinical curative effect,and its heart failure syndromes and BNP index, the influence of explore WenYangLiShui treatment,the mechanism of coronary heart disease(CHD) heart failure for WenYangLi provide clinical basis for shui treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) heart failure.Methods:Included in the standard, do not accord with standard of exclusion of 55 patients with coronary heart disease, heart failure, using the random number table method,55 patients were randomly divided into control group,28 cases, the treatment group and 27 cases, control group adopts internal medicine foundation treatment, the treatment group used in the treatment of western medicine foundation WenYangLi shui herbal medicinal broth. Outcome:to observe the two groups of patients with 7 days after the comprehensive curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and TCM syndrome integral, single syndrome, alleviate hf time, BNP changes, and record adverse reactions that may occur during the process of treatment, using SPSS 21.0 software for data for statistical analysisResults:1,baseline comparison:two groups of patients with baseline is consistent, comparable (P>0.05).2, the comprehensive curative effect comparison:total effective rate in both groups (P> 0.05), and the treatment group’s clinical efficiency is better than that of control group (P<0.05);3, syndrome curative effect comparison:two treatment has improved the function of patients with heart failure syndromes integral (P<0.05), and the treatment group in improving patients’ TCM syndrome integral is better than that in control group (P< 0.05).Single syndrome curative effect comparison:two kinds of treatment all can improve the patients’ heart palpitations, chest tightness (pain), short of breath cold asthma, spontaneous perspiration, and cold limbs, edema, fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, thirst, throat phlegm sound, then the sound, in the difficult defecation, oliguria, such as heart failure syndrome (P<0.05); The treatment group in improving the heart palpitations, chest tightness, spontaneous sweating, swelling, fatigue weakness, shortness of breath, difficulty in defecation symptoms is better than that of control group (P<0.05); In the two groups in improving patients improve asthma urgently in the cold, and cold limbs, thirst, throat phlegm sound, then the sound, oliguria curative effect quite (P>0.05).Reduced the time is 4, heart failure:two groups of treatment of heart failure treatment partial response time (P>0.05), and the treatment group relief time of heart failure is better than that of control group (P<0.05).5, the BNP comparison:two groups of treatment can reduce the level of brain natriuretic peptide, and two groups of curative effect quite (P>0.05);6, safety analysis, no serious adverse reaction occurred in both groups, incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups there was no statistically significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:WenYangLi shui combined western medicine foundation treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of heart failure treatment (Yang pan, shui drinking shui ling heart) can improve the clinical curative effect, improve the severity in patients with heart failure syndromes and their quality of life, reduce the BNP, no adverse reaction. |
