| Objective:To observe the antihypertensive efficacy,the improve related examination indicators efficacy and safety of Zi shui Han mu fang for the treatment of Olderly Isolated Systolic Hypertension patients with Yin deficiency Yang hyperactivity type,to explore its etiology and mechanism in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,in order to open up a broader idea and effective treatment for the future clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Patients conformed to the inclusion criteria were divided into control group(32 patients)and experimental group(32 patients)according to random number table method.The control group was given Felodipine sustained-release tablets and other standardized treatment of western medicine.The treatment group was supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine decoction called Zi shui Han mu fang on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the collected data were unified for statistical analysis.The level of antihypertensive,circadian,rhythm of blood pressure,the level of relevant laboratory test indicators(hemorheology,Hcy,RAAS),echocardiography(IVS,LV),Chinese medicine syndrome score and other indicators of the two groups were compared variations before and after treatment,in order to evaluate the efficacy and safety of this study.Results:1.Efficacy of antihypertensive: The therapeutic efficacy of the reductive on systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure in experimental group was more significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of antihypertensive was significantly higher than that in the control group(90.00% in the experimental group and 56.67% in the control group).2.Efficacy of blood pressure rhythm:The proportion of patients with arytenoid blood pressure rhythm after treatment was higher in the experimental group(66.7% in experimental group and 30.0% in control group).3.Efficacy of related indicators:The therapeutic efficacy of reductive on TG,LDL-C,Hcy and hemorheology indexes after treatment in experimental group was more significant than that in control group(all P<0.05).There were no changes in RAAS,IVS and LV before and after treatment.4.Efficacy of TCM syndromes:After treatment,the single TCM syndromes efficacy(In addition to forgetfulness)and total effective rate in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(experimental group 90.00%,control group 63.33%).5.Efficacy of safety indexes:During this clinical observation,no significant abnormal changes were observed in liver and kidney function and other related indexes between the two groups.Conclusion:The observation of this study shows that Zi shui Han mu fang can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with Yin deficiency Yang hyperactivity type OISH,reduce systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure,adjust related indicators,and its safety is good,wchich can be popularized and applied in clinic. |
