Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Yang-Warning and Fluid-dispersing,warming drink, Elininating Pathogens from the Lung therapy for patients with chronicsystolic heart failure (CSHF). Methods:60cases of patients with chronic systolic heartfailure were randomly divided into2groups, experimental group and control group with30cases in each. The two groups had little statistical difference before treatment in theobserved indexes, such as age, gender, general course. The control group receivedconventional western medicine treatment, the test group received traditional Chinesemedicine decoction for Yang-Warning and Fluid-dispersing,warming drink, ElininatingPathogens from the Lung on the basis of conventional western medicine for4weeks. Mainoutcome measures including cardiac functional grading curative effect, TCM syndromeintegral, Lee scoring system, ultrasonic Beckoning figure index, BNP. Results:1. Bsed onthe the cardiac function, the total effective rate of treatment group was86.67%, controlgroup was76.67%, P <0.05, comparing the total efficiency between the two groups, thedifference was statistically significant.2.Comparison of curative effect of TCMsyndrome, the total effectiveness of test group was90%,with the comparison group76.67%,P <0.05, the total efficiency was compared between the two groups, and the difference wasstatistically significant.3.According to Lee scoring system, the total effective rate oftreatment group was93.33%, with control group83.33%, P <0.05,comparing the totalefficiency between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant.4.TCMsyndrome integral: points in the two groups after the treatment of edema, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, wheezing, cough and expectoration, aversion to cold and othersymptoms decreased significantlythan before treatment, but the test group after treatment was superior to the control group in all the indicators.5.Comparison of the Lee scoringsystem, after the treatment, Lee scoring system of the two groups decreased significantlythan before treatment, but the test group after treatment improving the indicators weresignificantly better than the control group.6After treatment in the two groups,BNP werereduced, the treatment group decreased more significantly, the change after the treatmentvalue of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).7Ultrasonic Beckoning mainindicators:Differences before and after the treatment was statistically significant differencebetween the two groups. Conclusion: Yang-Warning and Fluid-dispersing,warming drink,Elininating Pathogens from the Lung therapy could effectively relieve the clinicalsymptoms of TCM patients, significantly reduced the level of BNP in patients, and was aeffective way in treating chronic systolicheart failure.
