Clinical Study On Chronic Heart Failure Treated With The Method Of Yi Qi Xie Fei Li Shui

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the prescription of Yi Qi Xie Fei Li Shui on chronic heart failure (CHF) and explore its mechanism and treatment. Methods: 60 patients of CHF were randomly divided into treatment group (30cases) and control group (30cases). The control group was treated with Enalapril, Hydrochlorothiazide and Metoprolol; The treatment group was treated with the prescription of Yi Qi Xie Fei Li Shui and half dosage of the medicines. Observe curative effect after four weeks. Results: the total effective rates of relieving heart failure, improving heart function and meliorating symptoms were respectively 86.7%, 80% and 83.3% in the treatment group; the corresponding remarkable rates of them were respectively 30%, 40% and 56.7%, which were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The level of BNP in plasma was decreased remarkably in the treatment group, which was statistically different compared with it in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: the prescription of Yi Qi Xie Fei Li Shui can obtain more remarkable curative effect on treatment of CHF.
